1ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS Enterprise environmental factors are the factors those are present in the project development environment and cannot be controlled by the project management team. These factors can be organizational factors or political or cultural factors. In case of Quasar Communication Inc. project manager is facing some of the problems regarding the development of the project. The factors for raising the problems cannot be controlled by the project management team (Chen et al.,2014). The identified enterprise environmental factors in Quasar Communication Inc. is Problems are regarding giving the priority to different projects. It has been seen that the small projects are not getting the right priority. The gap in the communication between different departments of the organization is creating problem during the development of the project (Baranenko et al.,2014). All these problems cannot be controlled by the project manager. In order to control enterprise environmental factors in Quasar Communication Inc. certain tools and framework can be used (Mao et al., 2018). These tools and techniques can be used for the analysis of the qualitative or quantitative impact on Quasar communication Inc. Some of these techniques are- Expert Judgment Expert Judgment includes the identification of the stakeholders in the Quasar communication and categorized them into different categories. Some of the frameworks those can be used are power/interest grid, power/influence grid, influence/impact grid and Salience model. It can be said that the use of all the these model will help the Quasar communication Inc. to solve the enterprise environmental factors in effective way. The elimination and control of the enterprise environmental factors would be helpful for the organization to carry on all the projects in a proper way. Apart from that the improvement of the communication plan can be achieved through this implementation.
