INTRODUCTIONThe Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF) will be accessed in this section of the report. It isnecessary that the analysis should be done and evaluation of all the aspects should be taken intoconsideration. Doing so will help in managing the project and will provide a better set ofopportunity for the growth of the organisation. It is necessary that all the aspects should be takeninto consideration to manage the integrated project. Project management helps the organisationsin taking an effective set of decisions regarding the growth and will help in providing a betteropportunity. Hence, a report is developed which will provide information related to the internaland external factors and will help in developing a better set of understanding with the impact ofthe same on the project management processes. The report will also help in the development ofstrategies implementing which will help in succeeding in the market. Also, information related tothe communication on project management process and outcomes to diverse stakeholders willalso be provided in this project.3
