1. Enterprise Environmental factors
Enterprise Environmental factors (EEF) are any or all the environmental factors that
are either external or internal to the project which generally can influence the success of the
project. It is found that EEF generally includes weather conditions, political situation, culture,
market condition as well as weather conditions which are considered out of anyone's control
(Smith, 2016). Moreover, it is found that EEF is considered to be the input to most of the
processes of project management that are considered to be very much critical for the success
of the project. It is found that the enterprise environmental factors are generally categorized
into internal environmental factors and external environmental factors that are generally
elaborated below:
1.1 Internal environmental factors
It is found that the internal environment of Quasar Communications, Inc. is mainly
composed of a number of elements including the current employees, management as well as
the corporate culture. It is found that some elements generally affect the entire organization
as a whole while others generally affect the managers (Kuratko Hornsby & Covin, 2014).
The various internal environmental factors that are creating an impact on the organization
"Quasar Communication Inc" are generally elaborated below:
Value system: The value system is mainly defined as an ethical belief that generally
helps in guiding the organization in order to achieve the objective as well as mission. It is
found that the organization "Quasar Communication Inc." do not follow proper value system
and the adopted informal as well as the fragmented project management structure within the
organization which provides the project management with lots of responsibility but very
much little authority (Zinovieva et al., 2016). On the other hand, it is analyzed that line
managers have higher authority as compared to the project managers and they are generally
