Introduction
The organization that has been undertaken in this scenario is a company within the
field of healthcare that specializes in the area of healthcare and medical facilities. The
company has made under investments towards it technology over the period of last 10 years.
As a result, the company is in possession of large sized legacy systems as well as the relative
processes. This report deals with the project that kicked off when the company realized the
fact and to keep up the pace with all of the competitors and seriously got concerns regarding
its base of customers that carries the possibility to get eroded since the organization made use
of disruptive technology by changing the expectations of the customers (Chen et al. 2017).
The report further identifies that the manager of the company recently had visited a
conference to demonstrate the role of Big Data Analytics within future prospect of health and
medical field. Hence, this manager has asked the information system specialist to study the
feasibility of the Big Data Analytics into the existing system of the healthcare and implement
the same then after. As a reason, the report aims at identifying the scope of Big Data
Analytics having the inclusion of advantages and disadvantages of the same when
implemented into the processes of this healthcare organization.
Definition of Customer Journey and project stakeholders
In reference, to the subsequent implementation of Big Data Analytics within the
organization that has been taken into consideration, the following services will be provided to
all the customers that will help them with better treatment of their illness (Dimitrov 2016).
These are,
 The healthcare organization will provide protection in the form of precautious
measures from epidemics and other inborne diseases in reference to the children.

 The customers will get a cure from every single diseases that has a possible cure in
the market.
 For each of the customer, the healthcare organization will provision them with the
knowledge of an early sign of a serious disease from relative symptoms of the same.
 In addition to this, the organization will properly carry out the handling of every
individual patient data for future purposes and medical needs (Mehta and Pandit
2018).
To implement the processes and procedures of Big Data Analytics into the healthcare
organization, a full support from the stakeholders is required to avoid an early failure. In this
organization, starting from the initial phase of setting the primary objectives for the project to
that of carrying out the following steps, everything shall be conveyed to the stakeholders to
keep them informed about what is taking place in order to have a successful completion of
the same (Wang, Kung and Byrd 2018). For a successful carriage of this project, the data
manager will keep a track of all important information that is needed for the stakeholders to
get hold of and then convey the same to all of the key persons of the healthcare organization.

technology that has been recently attracting the threat of weakening its customer base due to
the reason of failing to fulfil the expectations of the same (Groves et al. 2016). Hence, for
