INTRODUCTION
Enterprise, innovation and creativity are a part of an organisation having company's
policies and procedure that will help in empowering its employees to lead a systematic creativity
and developing many possibilities. Improvements are supposed to have innovative thinking and
various defined ways. Applying innovation is about applying a unique idea. Enterprise is about
profit business while being associated with the entrepreneurial ventures (Tung, and Jordann,
2017). Innovation is the practical implementation of ideas ans strategies that will result in
introducing new goods and services. Creativity within entrepreneurship allows moving within
some uncharted territories where the aim is creates uniqueness and useful solutions. These are
important aspects within the business world leading towards success. This report deals with
culture within an enterprise and its relation with creativity and innovation.
MAIN BODY
Enterprise culture deals with having values, norms and practices that explains the way
teams within the organisation works and interacts with the colleagues as well as external
stakeholders. This culture is about beliefs and behaviours if the employees of the company while
performing important business transactions. This culture is developed over time with cumulative
traits and attributes from the individuals related to the company. Enterprise culture is important I
consideration with the businesses and plays an important role in success of its business. A
positive enterprise culture will increase the rate of productivity from the side of employees while
in the otherwise case, it can lead to failure of the company's business (Lichtarski, and Trenkner,
2018). A healthy business culture makes the stakeholders deal with the business on their level.
Any enterprise culture will show beliefs and values as the major focus. Moreover, it also reflects
branding, imaging and plan of the business.
Enterprising involves being prepared to take risks and being prepared to developing
solution with a mindset of out of the box thinking. Culture is a typical way of defining the
organisational behaviour as a whole. Entrepreneur culture is where the organisation can be
imaginative and creative rather than being reluctant. It includes organising teams and
encouraging them to make decision and keeping them in line with the objectives of the company.
