business is assisting in closing any gap which is presence. The project about the development of
the mobile App in the business comes after there were reported cases of fraud in monitoring the
attendance in the company (Wang et al., 2015).
And as a result, there was a need for good monitoring equipment in the business. The authority
of establishing a biometric attendance system was driven by the management of the institution
and various companies as a way of reducing time theft and abuse of attendance. Since the
biometric system gives additional security then the terminal of the biometric can be used to scan
the fingerprints of every an individual and as a result, the employee's attendance is accurately
logged.

company transformation goals or technologies. The reasons for suggesting change management
are to implement strategies for affecting change and assisting the users of the APP to accept the
changes that might occur.

The proposed product will be maintained by making sure that the team of experts who are well
skills is employed so that they can be responsible for monitoring the function of the system and
doing some changes where necessary. The team will also be responsible for updating the
Application to make sure that the APP is updated to the late version since the later version gives
a user-friendly environment (Tumula, and Burch, NetIQ Corp, 2016). In addition the APP will be
maintained by updating it every month and repairing of the system should be done after two
weeks. Also feedback from the users should be used as a tool for maintaining the system for
better upgrading of the APP.
Future opportunities and enhancements
The future roadmap for the proposed solution is required to bring many changes. In the future,
the proposed solution is required to be used by every individual and it should be easy for the
