Introduction and Purpose
The Project Stakeholder plan helps to demarcate individuals at Riviera
Maya with the vendors that can provide with required parts to strategize
effectively a technologically enhanced hotel facility. This document helps to
identify entities and individuals who are involved in providing technological
parts to be provided by the vendors and their relation with the staffs actively
involved in this entire project. Communicating with the respective individuals
who play an important role is mandatory for a ginormous project to be
completed effectively, which is directly related to stakeholder’s relation with
the required entities and individuals.
Stakeholder Management
Stakeholder analysis is a critical factor for a successful launch of hotel
business, the main reason being Project Managers support from these
entities is important for communication with the stakeholders that build a
positive relation with these individuals. Planned roles of each stakeholder,
articulately designed stakeholder management plan and a positive response
from the stakeholders involved are the factors, which are involved in
successful completion of a project.
