INTRODUCTION
Innovation refers to the creation, development along with the implementation of new
product service or process which have to improve effectiveness, efficiency and competitive
advantage. This is the one which is highly admirable in this progressive and competitive world.

company which has world's largest apparel retailer. This is the one which can provide high

Zara is a multinational brand which is appearing retailer. This company has a specialized
in fast fashion product including clothing. This company has different accessories like beauty,
swimming, shoes, perfumes. This is largest company in the Intex group. Zara is a Spanish
clothing retailer which is based in Galicia Spain. This company was founded by Amancio Ortega
in 1975. This company is a flaxseed chain store and world's largest apparel retailer. This fashion
have their own brand like Massimo Dutti, pull&bear, Stradivarius, Zara home etc. This company
operates over 220 stores in all over the world and has continuously actors as Pioneer in fast
fashion and having a highly responsive supply chain. Customer are at the heart of unique
business model which includes distribution, production and design along with sells through its
extensive retail network. Zara have different stores which have mentioned women clothing along
with children clothing. Zara home designs are located in stores of Europe. Zara products are
generally supplied based on consumer trend which have customer range from 18 to 30 years old.
There are about 10 to 15 days for reaching new product at the stores. All the clothes are
processed through Spain. Distribution centre where these items are tagged, sorted, inspected and
loaded into trucks. They have also launched their beauty Line Products which are featuring the
product for lips, eyes, nails, face in more then 130 different shades (Sherman,(2019)).
This is a situation when they need to introduce smartwatch to the international market
which have high specification along with high quality product. This lead to create innovation in
