Enterprise Transformation and Innovation

This paper discusses the issues and concerns in association with the transformational process of enterprises. It presents structured difference by contrasting the case of executing a successful transformation to that of failed scenarios of transformation plan. Recommendations of conducting a successful transformational process will be provided in the paper.
