Conclusion
According to the detailed analysis of the project it has been concluded that, in the
increasing competitive market the key motive of each small as well as large business enterprises
is to attaining higher growth and success at market place, thus businesses are focuses over
exploring the opportunities for the business within wider market to gain growth and progression.
However, in the pandemic of COVID 19 the operations of businesses are affected are the
coronavirus mainly has adverse impact over the operations and progression of hotel industry. As
per the evaluation of the project it has also been analysed that, in the pandemic situation people
have fear to moving out and taking the benefits of their favourite food and visit their native
favourite places. Thus, businesses within the hospitality segment are concern over ensuring their
customers to managing all the safety measures to protect them from the bad effective of Corona
virus and making them aware about their offerings. According to the evaluation of the study it
has also been determined that, in this pandemic situation businesses has planned to implement

new ideas that will support the business in effectively executing the operations within market.
Thus, in the pandemic situation the online offerings and the launch of mobile application is
considered to be the effective idea implemented by the businesses for the intention to keep
running their business and earn efficient profit to survive within the pandemic situation and also
full fill the needs and wants of their potential buyers. In addition to this the study also initiates
that, SWOT analysis is imperative in evaluating the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats of the business, which aid the business in the right direction to conduct internal evaluation
and conduct their operations smartly for gaining advancement. However, PESTLE analysis is
supportive in evaluating the external factors which hampers the development of new idea of
product within the market place. Hence, the PESTLE provides suitable recognition to gain
growth and success. In the pandemic of COVID 19 businesses are facing a lot issues like
financial risk, supply chain and employment risk, therefore, these are needs to be addressed by
the businesses to execute the operations in right direction to gain progression.
