app for their overall tracking considering the customers who can pay through mobile application.
Moreover, only well-trained staff is hired and fresh food is served that include pick up services.
The hotel open 24*7*365 as customers can see the activity from the portal on the application and
also make sure the better creation of value for the customers considering the high competitive
strength in the business environment.

Business Objectives
The business objectives of Heaven hotel which they are required to achieve are discussed as:
• To achieve maximum profitability by considering the low cost for finding and building
relationships with authentic designing operations and also focus towards the lean efficiency
by undertaking the economies of scale that can bring more money after paying the bills.
• Entrepreneur also set an objective for more revenues by 20% every year for the first three
years of the operations.

Value Proposition Canvas
The value Proposition Canvas is useful in ensuring that the
commodity is positioned around the requirements and value of
customers. Here, the value proposition of the respective hotel
which is based on customers. The product includes gain creators
that consider mobile app for tracking their customers and also
can pay through mobile apps and for this, they need to hire well
trained staff to prepare fresh food and offer other concerning
services like pain relievers and convenience services. Here, the
services which is provided by hotel include food, customer
mobile app, special area or room for pets.

Lean Business Canvas Model
Heaven resort is planning to develop hotel which not only for the rich people but also for every
class of customers.

Proposed Marketing strategy
It has been recommended that for the growth of businesses
company need to promote the existing market or new products
in their existing market. For this, the suitable marketing strategy

decision to make development in their market and also enter
into the new market of UK with the current product. In terms of
this, entering into the new market represent the expansion into
the geographical regions.

The target market for the Heaven hotel is the people considering the males and females who
live in UK and also have dogs along with their nuclear family. For this, their main focus is on
the dog lover population who tends to look for the accommodation where they can have their
pets with significant facilities.

Therefore, it can be summarized that the business plan can be undertaken as the profitable
term with the objective of providing luxurious hotel services at a very feasible rates. For this,
the plan is to introduce the several price packages at the affordable price range to attract large
number of customers towards the business. Here, the research depicts that around 24% of the
