1. INTRODUCTION

cascading effect on the economy which in turn helps in higher generation of cash.

The sales revenue of the company will increase by 15%% in the next year, by

The key objective to focus on contributing to preserve the environment, support
local business and save money.
The company focuses on satisfying the high demand in order to reduce wastage
of food.
2. CUSTOMER VALUE PROPOSITION CANVAS
Customer value proposition canvas is an effective tool which helps in ensuring
that the products and services is mainly associated with what are customer value and
needs. It helps in ensuring that there is a fit between customer needs and value
(Pokornáand et.al., 2015). Value proposition is mainly classified into products and
services, gain creators and pain relievers. Customer profile is mainly classified into
gains, customer jobs and pains.
Value Proposition Products and services: “Save a meal” is considered to be a products and
services which in turn focuses on providing cheap ready made meals at a
comparatively lower price. The company also tends to focus on satisfying the
high demand in order to reduce wastage of food. Gain creators: The company will gain partnership with app stores, local shops,
PayPal and credit cards. Users will be at key advantage to purchase meal from
fast food, restaurants, bakeries, cafe, etc. this in turn helps customers to provide
with wide range of food availability at a very low price ( Sheehan, and Bruni-
Bossio, 2015). This company also focuses on regular quality check by taking
feedback from the customers by integrating feedback screen into the mobile
application. Another major advantage to the customers is that it accepts various
modes of payments through PayPal, debit cards credit cards which in turn makes
