BUSM3154 Design Thinking Project: Improving Post-Graduate Experience

This Design Thinking project addresses the challenges faced by postgraduate students, particularly those balancing work and study. The project employs the '4 questions' design thinking process to develop solutions for improving the postgraduate experience. Primary research, including student interviews, is combined with secondary research, such as the '2016 National Research on Postgraduate Student Experience,' to identify key pain points. The project proposes short-term, medium-term, and long-term solutions, including a social network of support, an online personalized program, and an AI-powered food cook, respectively. Each solution is evaluated based on desirability, feasibility, and viability, with assumptions tested to refine the concepts. The goal is to empower students to thrive in their studies and work lives, ultimately improving student intake and retention.
