Executive summary
This paper is based on different leadership styles, organization culture, sustainability, growth
and legal issues and how these issues affect COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION’s
management. Besides that, an organization can be operated appropriately just when it has
effective leaders and management. In addition, the organizational strategy is concerned about
various activities of the stakeholders which are focused on meeting business goals. Moreover,
these study will analyse and recommend a strategic plan for the organization growth. On the
other side, a decent strategic plan can be concluded by a single individual in the organization
who is the leader. In simple words, this paper will evaluate the significance of leadership on
the culture of COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION through proper arguments and
justifications. Therefore, in this context, it has been evident and has been analysed that the
employment of the skilled employees and the effective training procedures have been
recently implemented by the company. These strategies improved their overall status of their
employment and their service processes. However, the differences in the supply chain
management provide a number of setbacks for the company in the various aspects of their
international trading schemes.
