Every entrepreneurs are maintaining specific entrepreneurial
personality which reflect specific mind set. It is necessary for
the entrepreneur was to keep motivate themselves with a
specific which can help to improve their personality. To
maintain a specific mind set & improve the personality of the
entrepreneur, there is a need to utilize OCEAN model which

Background - He was born in 1966 and container as the famous
British entrepreneur. At initial stage, he was earning money to
providing training classes to the people. He also faced various
adverse situations in his life & also financial issues. He was
very passionate in business so he came with a innovative idea
for the business. He belongs to a middle class family so he was
very responsible toward his roles and responsibilities.

Conclusion
On the basis of this assessment about entrepreneurship it
can be concluded that there are various types of
branches are operating by UK entrepreneurs. This
presentation is all about highlight specific local, social
and global entrepreneurs who are considered as the best
examples to motivate the people. Specific
characteristics backgrounds and experiences also
discuss which despite lots many people
