This study will help the learner to know the entrepreneur skills and opportunities to grow a
business. The learner has discussed various businesses to observe all the entrepreneur skills that
the businesses have indulged to grow in the market. This will help the learner to establish a
startup cafe business and the learner has decided to name it as Web cafe. This study will evaluate
all the characteristics that a successful entrepreneur should hold. The learner will be able to start
a business after going through this study.
The uniqueness in this idea relies on targeting more and more customers through online
transactions along with street side café availability. At present most of the cafes available in UK
are available for the street dwellers. In this case, café products will be available through online
orders and home makers especially senior citizens will get the touch of the café through online
orders. In order to provide a satisfactory support, there will be product distribution teams who
will handle delivery efforts.
The target market will be based on locations and respondents and there is no doubt that such
segmentations will be new in the exiting entrepreneurship ideas. Especially, the business will
target the residential folk who tend to have a taste of online café support.
Many a times, it has been found that the business strategies and entrepreneurial themes depend
on the type of business Mueller and Anderson (2014, p.500). For example, the business theme of
lakota hills is to get huge customers in their shop. Their focus is to provide tasty food to the

comfortable environment that will provide the customers a homely atmosphere. The focus of the
learner is to make a place where the customers will be able to enjoy the internet in a well-kept
atmosphere.
The customer range of Web Café includes distant folk who cannot get the touch of street coffee.
The concept has been taken from the retail and other regular product distribution system. In most

of the terms housewives and senior citizens will be the major targeted customers through online
support. Marketing professionals will reach to the customers through field survey and knowledge
database of existing customer base. In order to understand requirements of customers, the
business professionals will make efforts in marketing on the streets as well as online platforms.
The learner has made business plans and ideas after analyzing the business of various
organizations. For instance, the owner of the Lakota hills brought a competition in the food
industry. They have developed their entrepreneurial skills and sells bread fry in the festive
season because they knew that at this time there is a great demand of fried bread. They brought a
unique change in the taste and change of their food items. It has been found that this idea of

This gave a efficient idea to start the cafe business to the learner. The learner made a business
plan after investigating these two businesses:

email, Usenet, WWW and other internet tools. The customers who will come to the cafe to use
the service will get an innovative environment with the complimentary coffee while serving the
internet. All of these advanced platforms are getting more and more stress in the advanced

designing their websites. The owner made a plan about the risks and benefits of launching this
image cafe. It has been observed that the owner had a good entrepreneur skill and has
communicated with the investors for increasing the revenue in the business. The learner has
taken ideas from the business of Image Cafe in order to start the business. The learner needs to
bring innovation and creativity in the business so that it can attract many customers. For
example, the learner can introduce new technology in the cafe that will help to solve the queries
while serving the internet in the cafe Ibrahim and Lucky (2014, p.203). This will save time for
the customers in achieving the purpose. However, it has been found that the motive or
opportunity of a business of Lakota hills is the loyalty of the customers Ivanov et al. (2014,
p.67). They make food for the tourists and the local people that is affordable to buy. They
provide high quality food at a cheap rate. Similarly, taking idea from the lakota hills the learner
has decided to a implement this strategy in the business. The plan must be made in such a way so
that it can gain enough customers in the business. The learner should recruit some efficient
assistants who will help to grow the business. Bacanak (2013, p.362) has mentioned that in order
to gain the attention of the customers, proper advertisements and posters should be made so that
everyone gets aware of the web cafe shop.
Passion for the entrepreneurship
The owner of the Image cafe was motivated from a very early age. The owner has fought with
the competitors in order to set the business in a standard position. In the opinion of Ibrahim and
Mas’ud (2016, p.225), motivation for the entrepreneur is needed to give high level of efforts in
order to achieve the goals of the business. This motivation will force the learner in a specific
direction and intensity to start the business. The learner has a urge to grow knowledge in
computer and internet. This has thrilled the learner to do a cafe business. The learner has much
inspiration from the image cafe that has helped to develop new strategies to start the cafe. The
entrepreneurial skills that are essential to open the cafe are as mentioned below:
Financial analysis skill: The learner should be able to evaluate the financial projection before

starting the business. The learner must be able to estimate the money that the cafe will require
and how the money will be raised in the market before starting the business. These costs will
involve all the terminals of computer and all the other costs that are linked with the set ups.
Self-concept skill: The learner must know the targeted customers before starting the cafe.

understand only when the owner will be able to target the suitable audience.
Communication skill: The learner must develop the communication skill to deal with the

created for the web cafe. The learner has developed marketing strategies and campaigns in the
locality. The learner will organize marketing events to make aware about the business to the
customers. The growth of web cafe will enhance the communication capacity of the business.
The investor will come forward to invest in the business. The venture will be properly decorated
so that it will attract the customers. As mentioned by Chell (2013, p.6), the posters and the
brochures will help to know the people about the business.
Marketing Mix: The web cafe will provide high-speed internet service to the customers by
having an effective internet connection. The customers will get attracted to the shop if there will
be art equipment available in the shop. The web cafe will soon upgrade all the services after
launching the cafe in the market. The learner should not set high price of the service at the
beginning of the company otherwise; it will not be able to grab many customers in the shop. It
has been verified that the customers will give more appreciation if they get satisfactory service

from the cafe. This will create a positive impression in the business. In case of product quality,
there will be a reflection of price while making quality along with managing customer’s
negotiations. In terms of location or place of marketing, the business will target to make distant
areas.
In addition, the business has evaluated all the risks that may affect the business. It has been
found that the business that sets high price of the products and the service at the beginning are
not able to gain much profit in the business as no customers are willing to afford for the products
that has recently been launched in the market. Everyone gets attracted to the services or the
products that has been everlasting effect in the market (Salem, 2014, p.853). Therefore, it is
important to target the appropriate audience and create a good impression in them before setting
high price for the service in the cafe.

themes for inclining the organization towards a specific goal. It is the responsibility of the
entrepreneurs to be very particular regarding their goals so that they can prove to be a successful
example in the current trends of business. Usage of different small business and its strategies are
done so that initiation of the startup will add extra efficiency in the framework of trade and

commerce. In addition to this, value proposition has been focused on further in order to develop
