It also discusses the antecedent influence on character traits based on family background, work experience, and education. The paper concludes with a reflection on the analysis.

Introduction
The primary purpose of the paper is to analyze the entrepreneurial as well as to use the academic
skills that are learned at the business school. It provides with the information based on
enterprising Tendency test that comprises of five major factors such as a need for achievement,
autonomy, creative tendency, calculated risk-taking and locus of control. All these factors could
be analyzed by the use of the GET2 test which states that how enterprising an individual could
be. It also provides with the antecedent influence on the character traits of a person. It is divided
into three forms family background, work experience, and education.
Enterprising Tendency Test
The Enterprising Tendency is considered to be the tendency that starts and accomplish any new
project. It tends to build creative projects frequently and growth oriented and expansive (Caird,
2018). The enterprising tendency is measured by a GET2 test that focuses on the characteristics
of the enterprising. The enterprising tendency is categorized into five major components they
are, need for achievement and autonomy, and the locus of control, calculated risk-taking and
creative tendency. The test aims to provide the personal reflection instead of the predictive tool
that states that whether the person is enterprising or not. My overall GET2 test score is evaluated
at 56% that shows that I possess some of the enterprising strengths.
Need for Achievement
The result of my overall GET2 test score presents that the high need for achievement is
considered to be medium. It clearly states that I am self-oriented and reliant towards the future. I
am a kind of person who possesses an optimistic outlook. It suggests that I am more energetic
than some people and less energetic than the enterprising people. As compared to the
enterprising people I will be more relaxed that will be good for my well-being and health. But
this, in turn, could bring less effective outputs in the carrier. By examining the effects of success
in achieving the target I could take advantage of it.
Need for Autonomy
The test score shows that the need for autonomy is medium. It states that I could manage the
business organizations among more team-oriented, highly individualistic and autonomous staff.
This will rather prove to be beneficial for me to begin with a new project or for an existing

business. It suggests that if I want to start a new venture I must consider it as advantageous for
me to develop independent, stronger qualities of leadership in the world of business.
Creative tendency
Again the GET2 test score presents that the result for my creative tendency is low. It means that I
could learn more related to creative tools and techniques that could develop my creative skills. It
shows that I am inventive, creative, imaginative and innovative, also I have an ability to develop
and come up with new concepts. It says that I am versatile and can solve the problems on my
own. I can adjust with the change, prefers challenges, changes, and novelty in the work. Hence, it
is observed that creative ideas occur in a relaxed place where new tools and techniques could be
innovated (Testmycreativity.com. 2018).
Calculated Risk Taking
The result based on the GET2 test score states that I have a medium tendency in relation to the
calculated risk-taking. It suggests that I am highly comfortable with the tested and tried business
plans and ideas in my business carrier (Caird, 2018). It shows that in my personal life and
business if I find any difficulty I will manage it comfortably and I could find it advantageous to

the associates who manages and accepts the risk. It states that I am goal oriented and can identify
the challenges and can attain the goals with some risks.
Locus of Control
The overall result of GET2 shows that my tendency of locus of control is also medium. It shows
that I am an opportunist who seeks and takes benefits from the opportunities. I possess the
capability to successfully achieve the desired target in my life. I am self-confident and instead of
depending on others I try to have a great control over the building of innovative ideas. I have a
great determination as I can express my opinions in front of others. It shows that I believe in
myself and with by putting great efforts I desire to achieve my goals. Thus, I come to know that
the following results will highly help me in the future to achieve success in the business carrier.
Antecedent influence on character traits
The entrepreneurs are considered to be an individual who creates an innovative and new
business. It is the process to introduce, create and execute a new venture, especially a small
business organization (Liñán and Fayolle, 2015). The antecedent influence are based on the
personal traits, satisfaction with life and individual innovativeness. All this factors affected my
current character while communicating with the business environment. My business carrier is
influenced by the service skills and overall performance of the organization. My current
character traits are influenced by three major elements they are, family background, work
experience and education.
Family Background
The family background for the entrepreneurs to run a successful organization is significant. The
opinion of the family states that an individual is a part of the society and it is extremely
significant for the organization (Fayolle and Gailly, 2015). My current character got influenced
by my family and social status that makes the organization to attract the social capital and
cultural assets that are generally not provided under the categories of the conventional factors.
The loyal connections and my family labor for my current character provides me with the
information of the business along with its data that is considered as a competitive advantage. My
family delivers an extraordinary social capital that is necessary for effectively achieving,
developing and setting my business. Therefore, in order to set up and execute a business the role
of the family is significant (Mooradian et al., 2016).

Work experience
The workplace environment presents the aspect of the business that puts an impact on the
organizations working function and significant decisions (Jin et al., 2017). My current character
is highly influenced by organizational behavior and commitment. While working in an
organization I experienced different work experience in the particular occupation or field. I
gained various benefits such as new skills, self-confidence and making adequate decisions from
my work experience.
Education
The education-based on entrepreneurship provides several motivation, skills, and knowledge to
enhance the success of the entrepreneurial in different ways (Schlaegel and Koenig, 2014). I
focused upon the development of attributes and skills that helps me to realize various
opportunities. The role of the education of the entrepreneurship is based on several approaches
such as regular, corporate and social entrepreneurship (Ahmetoglu et al., 2015). My current
character is influenced by the process of entrepreneurship that helped me to develop the skills of
problem-solving and risk-taking to achieve the target of education and life.
Reflection and conclusion
From the above assessment, I understood that how to analyze entrepreneurship. It helped me to
gather information about the enterprising tendency that defines the tendency of the startup and
controlling the projects. I come to know about the factors of the enterprising tendency by the
GET2 test that helped me to analyze my strengths and weakness.
The paper concludes by giving information about the analysis of the entrepreneurship. It
provided with the knowledge of the enterprising tendency that states innovative ideas for the new
projects in the business. It presented five factors of enterprising that helped to test the qualities
through the GET2 test. Also, it stated the antecedent influence on character traits that introduces,
creates and executes new ventures. It is based on the three factors family background, work
experience, and education that are discussed in the assessment.
