INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurial strategy is considered as the process in which business organization
launch and re-launches its primary set of correlation with environment. In addition to this, it
is the tactics characterized by extensive as well as greater-or-small immediate change in the
outline of decision which is taken by business organization. This report is undertaken on
MOMA FOOD. It is the small firm which is located in UK. They provide wide variety of
products and services to its customer for satisfying their need and wants at marketplace. In
this assignment the capability, objective as well as position of enterprise is mentioned. In
addition to this, the strategy must be implemented for achieving objective of organization in
stipulated period of time. And also, it is necessary to present own judgement and assessing
alternatives approaches in order to resolve the problem related to professional standard report
(Dapeng, Songting and Ning, 2016).

Entrepreneurial strategy is the procedure in which organization focuses on
establishment of its principal set of relationship with its environment in an effective manner.
On the other hand, the intrepreneurial strategy emphasized on bring innovative ideas and

in order to improve innovative products as well as services for its customer for growth of
business organization. They make strategic management plan for making vision and mission
of company. It is necessary to assess a range of entrepreneurial strategy which is going to be
mentioned below:
Strategic management plan: It is necessary for MOMA FOOD to make effective
strategy for achieving goal as well as objective of organization in stipulated period of time
which is mentioned below:
Vision: The vision of company is to achieve leading position across the world. It is
considered as small entity and they wants to operate their business at global level.
Mission: The mission of MOMA food is to provide superior quality products and
service to its customer at relatively less price for attracting customer towards their company.

Implementation: It is important to MOMA FOOD to implement effective strategies
for increasing success as well as growth of this small firm in future period of time.
Evaluation: After implementing this strategy, it is necessary to make comparison
between actual as well as desired performance in order to find deviation and taking effective
decision which will be advantageous for organization in future period of time.

Study the competition: It is necessary for manager of MOMA FOOD to assess the
strategy which is adopted by its rival firm. The knowledge regarding products as well as
services of competitive entity helps in achieving favorable outcomes at marketplace.
Research New products and services: Herein, the organization know their rising

Therefore, the manager of MOMA FOOD focuses on effective research for brings innovative
