A1: SME as one of the new ongoing company is trying to deliver the best services to
customers which has opened up scope to improve its future operations and attract more
business expansion opportunities for providing more services.
Q2: What do you think is the main disadvantage of Southern Business
Technologies?
A2: The main disadvantage of Southern Business Technologies is that on the market is
many organizations providing telecommunication services, which has raised on
competencies level and also generated varied scope. There is also disadvantage of
limited capital structure which limits fundamental raising aspects for diverse business
strategies.
Q3: What do you think about our PowerPoint presentation?
A3: We think that PowerPoint Presentation it does show the most relevant points from
the assignment and it lacks clarity of vision for keeping up new scale varied growth
synergies identification which may have helped us further more effectively.
While group working we had decided to make report presentation of case studies where small
scale business Southern business technologies has been taken as company for researching where
we were confident towards working towards project. The report making and presentation also
enabled us to gain ideas and varied functional scale, which have been also enabling us to learn
new skills enhancing our vision towards researching. Pre activities have shown that each member
has little knowledge about strategy business models, which have actively generated new ideas
and knowledge and managing situations actively with full confidence. The group working
