a. A short introduction
The article demonstrate regarding entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour within people
generations in which positive career development can be seen within people. The report
emphasis over the fact that there are certain motivational factor which influence entrepreneurship
and their choices. In today's career entrepreneurial thinking is considered as the major career
option which provides greater edge to the individual in terms of developing of entrepreneurial
education which helps in to innovating and creating job opportunities in which social and
economic development can be made (Todeschini and et. al., 2017). On the other hand, there are
different skills which are needed to be held within entrepreneurial development so that dynamic
modern occupational opportunities can be inserted. Entrepreneurial is not only associated with
risk taking but also related with persistence and passion. Entrepreneurial development is also
linked with stocking of knowledge and using different variables in order to acquire success
within entrepreneurial venture (Mbiru, Wickham and Ayentimi, 2021). The present study makes
the contribution to entrepreneurship and vocational behaviour existed which are related with
analysing the implications of policy makes and educators. The current research paper also
includes diversified disciplinary background in which verity of methodological processes are
added so that to reach out to final conclusion within research.
b. The rationale
The major rationale behind the current research is to understand regarding attitude and
behaviour of entrepreneurial venture. The current study focuses on analysing implications of
policy makers and educators within entrepreneurial venture. The current research also
contributed towards such neglected research field and highlighting opportunities for empirical
and theoretical advancement within research domain (Omoregie, 2017). The main rationale in
order to conduct the current research is to understand regarding skills and capabilities hold by
entrepreneurial venture so that to inhale success opportunities. Using information from the
current research an entrepreneur may grow and manage their entrepreneurial venture.
c. Data analysis
Theme 1: Basic entrepreneurial activities performed by entrepreneur
This has been analysed that there are various entrepreneurial activities those are associated with
different activities which are having great role within the social and economic development. The

major entrepreneurial activity is related with providing career path to individual so that they can
acquire success in their career path. These modest path can be acquired by individual in for
managing success opportunities.
Role of entrepreneurial ventures in economic and social growth
The role of entrepreneurial venture is related with developing economic and social growth in
which the entrepreneurial ventures may provide employment opportunities to people so that
economic growth opportunities can be managed (Cho and Lee, 2018). On the other hand, as
entrepreneurial ventures are associated with including innovation in their businesses which
means that these ventures support in promoting aspects of innovation.
Theme 3: Issues faced by entrepreneurs while developing entrepreneurial venture
There are different issues which are being faced by entrepreneurial ventures at the time of
developing their venture and in this manner the major issue is related with finding talent for
their business (Roshanaei, 2020). Another issue is related with locating capital for the business in
which business activities can be managed. In order to initiate business processes the
entrepreneurial venture needs capital which is one of the biggest issues. In order to mitigate the
same entrepreneurial venture are needed to opt for the best method which helps them to acquire
needed capital.
d. Findings
From the above discussion this has been analysed that entrepreneurial ventures are having
role to boost economic and social development within the nations. The entrepreneurial ventures
are providing employment opportunities to the people so that they can enhance their living
standards. On the other hand, entrepreneurial venture also leads into using different innovations
in their businesses so that they can inhale emerging market opportunities and acquire success.
These venture are helping the nation to have social and economic development which leads the
living population in managing their needs in appropriate manner (Ziyad, 2020). This has also
being concluded that there are different activities which are related with entrepreneurial activities
and these would assist the organisation to manage all the working in most appropriate manner.
These methods are helpful in providing those succession growth in which the entrepreneurial
venture can exhibit overall success to their ventures. On the other

The current study is focused over entrepreneurial venture and its impact over social and
economic growth. The current research is based on qualitative research methods in which 128
studies for inclusion were made. In this 121 were quantitative, 4 qualitative, 1 meta-analytical,
and 2 conceptual in nature. I have encountered different issues during collecting information for
the current research topic. The major issue was related with acquiring information related with
the research topic as the topic is broad so that this was a difficult task for the researcher. On the
other hand, another issue was related with managing time within the research as there are
numerous activities within research and for researcher this is imperative that to manage all those
activities within given span of time. In order to overcome with these issues the researcher have
arranged all the activities in such manner that appropriate research results can be taken out.
Besides this I have learnt regarding different research activities by this research which is going
to assist in me in my career obligations. I have learnt regarding methods of data collection
through which I can use the same information for my future researches. On the contrary, I have
attained an edge in order to manage different skills such as communication skills, research skills,
analytical skills and many others.
