INTRODUCTION
An entrepreneur is an individual who are functioning at in
various sort of the sections with other individuals who start
their own term of the management as after considering each
and every manner of the issues, risk and the recompenses in
the business of management. Entrepreneurship is the
procedure of planning, generating and initiation a new
thought of the business perspective as with very minor
sections in preliminary stage.

Entrepreneurs start their own business after all risk factors
relating to companies were evaluated. Effective risk offers big
profits. Entrepreneurs have many skills, attitudes and vision can
direct their actions. They strive to achieve all possibilities in the
market to achieve their ultimate goal. Business ideas should be
affected to attract more people.

 Accepting Failure: This is the most important part of life, and
everyone has to accept it and go further. After passing this
stage, no one succeeds in the first stage, where any business
thrives. Walt Disney experienced many failures, and his first
studio was Laughing Oguramu and could not make a profit.
 Risk-taking: Risk is an important part of business, and risk-
taking people are very helpful in the future. Walt does not
hesitate to take risks with his life and career. He sold his
personal assets because the venture failed, but still he stopped
trying new things

Aspects of the entrepreneurial personality that reflect
entrepreneurial motivation and mindset
 A characteristic of a company is that it drives other people in
society in the direction of their goals. They provide a way for
individuals or businesses to achieve their desired goals. There
are certain qualities and qualities that make people successful.
 Failure: Walt Disney has always been motivated from the
failures she faced. Her Oswald was defeated, Rabbit was
lucky enough to take everything from him like his studio
creations and animations from him.

 Risk: To successfully implement a dream, people
sometimes take money or borrow it, and no one knows
if he can recover or not. Disney also needs money from
his brother Roy. Snow White and the seven dwarfs are
the first movie with a marketing campaign, which takes
place after publication in the main crisis.
 Passion: This means that people should do what they
like and enjoy while they do because they do not have
them, they can not be successful. Mark Zuckerberg is
very passionate about software development in such a
field he plays in schools and graduate schools as a
freight forwarder.

How background and experience can hinder or foster
entrepreneurship.
The success of entrepreneurs depends on the background in
which they have grown, as the background has a significant
impact on the lives of individuals. From past experience,
people are making every possible effort to start their own
small business and provide effective products for social
welfare.

Success stories of Walt Disney and Mark Zuckerberg.
Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in the United
States. It was fun when he was young. His father
enforces strict discipline as Walt and his younger
brother Roy precede in everyday life. He discovered
through painting that he had escaped from his father's
brutal acts. A young Walt with a pen created a world of
his imagination where life is absolutely beautiful,
people are always happy and everyone is in control.

Conclusion
As per the presentation It is analyzed that the goals of companies
are to advance economic growth through the services they
provide. Every organization has its own goals and objectives that
must be achieved. There are various skills which helps in
motivating the entrepreneur towards the goals which they have
to achieve so that more profit can be earned in the organization.
