that quality education is being provided to entrepreneurs. There are few elements of quality teaching such as deep knowledge, deep understanding, problematic knowledge, etc. At present time, individual live in a world where future is uncertain, therefore an entrepreneur required to have skills which allow them to make their own way out of risk. Education help in teaching all those skills that help in making own path and navigate uncertain water. Quality teaching assist the way which equips problem solving opportunities, creative thinking and accepting failure which is a part of growth. They also learn way to appreciate the correlation between hard work and success. For an individual it is important to identify more opportunities to be creative and innovative. Entrepreneurship education does not encourage but also ensure that they started thinking out of the box. Quality teaching help them to understand the way they can grab opportunities and overcome their own weakness. According to the view ofFayolle and Gailly, (2015), students look for education that can help in developing their important skills to become successful entrepreneur. However, it is noticeable that there is an increase in interest and demand for entrepreneurship education from last 5 years. Result of this, is that entrepreneurial education has increases as well in al over UK. Quality of teaching help students to trigger into entrepreneurial activity.Jepsen, Varhegyi and Teo, (2015) argued that, if individual set a business without gaining much knowledge, then the individuals may not be able to deal with uncertainties and risk which can arise any time. Lack of quality teaching can affect day to day business operations of an entrepreneur. To identify the effectiveness of quality teaching to boost up new entrepreneur’s confidence to take risks in venture start up. According to the view ofAndré and Pache, (2016),quality teaching is effective for boosting confidence of entrepreneur’s for taking risks and executing start up.Auchter and Kriz, (2014)stated that, to start a new business it is important to have some important skills and knowledge. Skills such as ambition, willingness to learn, creativity, confidence, risk taker, etc. Further, before entering in a market for start-up it is important to analyse external environment. Thus, all skills and knowledge can be gained through quality teaching which help in becoming successful entrepreneur. Quality teaching help in developing understanding to make decision in critical situation. Further, an individual learns the way of taking by identifying possibilities and alternative risky situations. 5
Wibowo, Saptono and Suparno, (2018)argued that, when entrepreneur is not able to make quick decision or failed then it may demotivate them. Hence, in quality teaching they learn the way through which an individual can make effective decision or learn the way to grab opportunities to be successful. While starting a business it is important to put career, personal finance and even mental health on stake. Therefore, teaching help in learning the way risk occur in the business and ways by which it can be minimised. In a business if there is no risk then it is not easy to learn because entrepreneur will not experience failure and therefore it will not be able to get chance to learn from mistakes To evaluate the impact of quality teaching of entrepreneurship on the development of new start- up According to the view ofRaven and Le, (2015)quality teaching lead to put positive impact on development of entrepreneurship while starting a new business. Quality teaching is important for quality learning. It is not easy to start a business because lots of knowledge skills, business ideas, financial resources are required. Hence, acquiring knowledge and skills before starting up help in carrying out business in an effective and efficient manner. Among all of them quality teaching play significant role to be successful. There are various skills and knowledge which can be developed in an entrepreneur through quality teaching such as the way to communicate, making critical decision, risk taking, etc. With the use of such quality quality teaching an entrepreneur can easily learn the way of analysing market in which they want to start a new business. Quality teaching such as provide in depth information, they can have learned the way of adopting various strategies that help the in growth and development through effective learning. According toLittle, (2015)opinion quality teaching is essential aspect of entrepreneurship education as it leads to inspire students to think creative. For an entrepreneurial learning it is important to think creative and innovative. Managerial skills of individual who want to start a business can improve that further support in business activities. Teaching help in transferring knowledge and information along with developing ability. Rauch and Hulsink, (2015)argued that, quality teaching can change perception of individual related to the way resources are used and operations are carried out within the firm. Utilisation of resources means quality teaching can benefit to an individual in order to gain funds from friends and other. For instance, an individual can build relations with peers at the time of 6
taking entrepreneurship courses. It is because network and relationship can help in providing new entrepreneurs large number of information related to the resources. Quality education do not only allow to have only experience but educators motivates students to put innovative ideas into practices. If an individual gets more opportunities for transferring knowledge into the experience, then they can acquire better capabilities as well to be successful. 4. RESEARCH QUESTIONS Research questions are essential and define the way of research. These are the framework based on which entire investigation is structured and carried out. Therefore, to conduct the research in an effective manner it is important to generate and evaluate research questions in an efficient way. Here below are provided research questions. 6. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research methodology demonstrate the structure of the research. It shows the way through which research can be carried out in right direction. Here below are provided different methods and techniques which are used for the present research. Research philosophy: Research philosophy is considered as a belief, notion and idea of the scholar which assist in gathering and analysing information in systematic manner. In accordance to Saunders research onion research philosophy is first part which ascertain scholar to carry out investigation. It is divided into 4 types that are interpretivism, positivism, pragmatism and realism(Edson, Henning and Sankaran, 2016). The present research is based on exploring the way quality teaching of entrepreneurshipleadstothedevelopmentofnewstart-ups.Forthepresentresearch interpretivism philosophy will be used by investigator. It is known as socially constructed and multiple understanding philosophy. It is considered by scholar because it helps in primary data collection and analysis of information. This will help in analysing primary collected information. Hence, it can be said that interpretivism philosophy will help accomplishing the goals and objectives of the research. Research approach: It assists in justifying the relevance of hypotheses to the study. It is categorised into two type that are inductive and deductive approach. Deductive approach is used at the time of testing the validity of assumptions. On the other side inductive is focused on constructing new theories and generalisation of the same information is done. To incorporate theories in the study researcher will use inductive approach(Tight, 2016). The aim of the investigation is to explore the role of quality teaching of entrepreneurship which leads to the development of new start-ups. Thus, for accomplishing the aim, inductive approach will be used. In this researcher will focus on collecting specific information first and then generalising it is make valid and reliable assumptions and outcomes. 8
Research strategy: Research strategy is known as the plan which is made by scholar, that assist in attaining the aim and objectives of the investigation in an effective manner. With the help of research strategy, scholar can easily determine the flow of investigation(Toye, Williamson and Lamb, 2016). There are two kind of research strategy that is qualitative and quantitative. For the current investigation, qualitative will be used by the investigator. Qualitative strategy focusses on the theoretical aspect of the research which help in collecting in depth information on the selected topic that is the role of quality teaching of entrepreneurship that leads to the development of new start-ups. Thus, it will be effective enough in order to attain the aim and objective of the research. Data collection Data collection is one of the important part of the investigation in which information is gathered from wide range of sources. For researcher, it is essential to collect information from different sources so that research can be become valid and reliable. There are two important sources of data collection that are primary and secondary(Cooper, Desjardins and Croll, 2016). Primary information is known as new information which help scholar to understand current problem on the basis of selected topic. It can be collected through survey, questionnaire and interview method. On the other side, secondary information is old and published by different authors in their research papers. Scholar can collect the secondary information from books, journals, articles, etc. Aim of the present research is to explore the role of quality teaching of entrepreneurship that leads to the development of new start-ups. Therefore, both primary as well secondary sources will be considered by the researcher. The primary information will be collected through survey in which questions will be asked from entrepreneur who are willing to start a new business. They can effectively state the importance of quality teaching for entrepreneurship to start a new business. On the other side, secondary information will be collected from books, journals and articles. Sampling: Sampling is known as the process in which small proportionate of data is collected from large number ofsources (Bathelt and Glückler, 2017). Two different types of sampling method 9
are known as probabilistic and non-probabilistic method. For the present research probabilistic method is selected by scholar. Here, for survey 12 entrepreneurs who are willing to start new business will be selected randomly. Reason for selecting entrepreneur is that they can easily provide relevant information regarding role of quality teaching that helps in starting a new business. Random sampling method is effective in order to provide equal chance to be selected and avoid the chances of biasness. Data analysis: Data analysis is crucial chapter in the research that help in analysing all the collected information in an efficient manner. It is an effective process through which all the raw data can be converted into meaningful information(Peter, Werner and Alavi, 2017). Two methods of data analysis are qualitative and qualitative. For the present research qualitative method will be used by the scholar. It is an effective method in which all the information is evaluated in non-numeric form. Different themes and charts are prepared based on the result and interpretation is done. Reason for choosing this method is that it helps in carrying out in depth theoretical analysis. Further it also helps in attaining the aim and objectives of the research. Ethical consideration: Ethical consideration is one of the crucial part in the research. Before undertaking ethical consideration, it is not easy to complete the research in a valid and effective manner. There are certain rules and regulation which need to be followed while undertaking research(Médici and Allen, 2016). At the time of collecting primary information it is important to ensure that no participant is forced to participate in the research. Along with this, all the personal information provided by respondents need to be kept confidential.
