INTRODUCTION
An entrepreneur is the individual who cares for creating new business, bear risk as well
as enjoy rewards (Leitch and Volery, 2017). In simple term, entrepreneur is seen as an innovator
within business environment as they always come with new ideas, products, services as well as
business procedures. within economy, entrepreneurs play important role by utilizing their skills
and initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bring some new ideas in market. Apart from this,
in a business leadership is the capacity of organization’s management in setting as well as
achieving challenging goals. Along with this, leaders take fast decisions when needed and also
inspire other people in company to perform highest as much as possible. This report will be
going to discuss several those are given which are related to leadership and other skills. On the
basis of these reflection will be going to conduct in this report.
MAIN BODY
Work based leadership assessment
In this test maximum score is 250 and minimum score is 50. Out of 250 I received 205
which shows that I am on the way to become a leader. I have several strengths which will help
me in performing activities related to leadership in more appropriate manner such as Flexibility,
focused, taking initiative, honesty, dedication, ability to perform under pressure and good
communicator. As these will help me in several manners while working as a leader in business
firm. Explanation of these are as follows :-
 Flexibility – While working in company several situations may rise which require that
leader have to know who to work in different circumstances. As I am flexible in nature
and it will be easy for me to handle different situations in easy manner.
 Focused – There are some task which is important for business and these require proper
focus. Thus, it is essential for leader to be focused and conduct operations in effective
manner.
 Taking initiative – When I have skills of taking initiative then only I will guide my team
members to take initiatives and perform work in more effective manner. It is my strength
and I take initiatives for performing any activity.
