INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is the person who use to carry small business practises that bis also by
there own ideas and thinking as in order to organise and run the efficient business practises. All
the person who use to create the business are being called out as entrepreneur. There has been
seen that all the effective strategy and the ideas are being governed in the skills and the practises
of that entrepreneur(Amrita and et. al., 2018). There main aim is to idealise and make the
innovation with the advance technology as in order to frame the new business practises. This
report will cover the reflective analysis about the qualities, traits and attributes of the
entrepreneur with the various leadership style.
MAIN BODY
Identification of qualities, traits and attributes.
To run an organisation it is firmly important that all the employees and the person who is
holding have certain qualities and through this there has been managed that the entrepreneur in
order to make the business run efficiently and making the gains and the scenarios being clear to
there employees. The entrepreneur have various qualities that are needed to be framed, and I
have certain analysis and assessment on my qualities:
Strength
I tend to have a strong decision making
skills for the organisation as I make and
implement proper decisions for the
company.
The creativity skills in my nature is
much enhanced as I try to adapt all the
new innovation and try to learn the new
areas and framing.
Weakness
I at some point feel that there is in
proper communication with all the
employees as it is somehow difficult to
manage to communicate with all the
employees.
I feel difficulty in solving the problems
and identifying the methods through
which I focus on that.
Opportunity
There are varies methods through
which I can make my organisation
Threats
I have a major threat of the new
companies with getting then same ideas

There is threat faced by us that the time
management and improper
communication can lead to dis balance
the organisation.
From this personal SWOT analysis I had identified that I carry a huge potential in all the
decision making skills and in all the creative skills this helps out to attain the further growth and
commencement ion the business and helps in gaining the balance in the company. The
organisation attributes that all such ,methods show me that I have to work on my communication
and all other factors.
The further analysis made be realised that I carry the Transformational leadership style
through motivating the employees and making them work in a proper manner.
Analysis of leadership style and entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics.
As in order to run a proper organisation there is a basic necessity that all the company
and the organisation pertain to carry the innovative ideas and the ability to produce the maximum
amount of gains by there production. There seems that it is quiet important, I being the
entrepreneur of the organisation always aims out to make my organisation work better with there
rapid growth and the increased divergence in the quality and the growth of the company. There
are certain qualities and style which I use to apply in m,y work in order to run a efficient
business practises. There are many leadership styles which are adopted by leader that influence
there working and reflects the way in which business is carried out.
On my perception I believe that I carry out the Transformational leadership style as that
there is always a aim of improvement and transforming all the employees and there work. The
employees being working in the company tends to be the most effective person and the leaders in
order to attain the growth implies and frames that they can achieve the highest growth by make
they push and train for there targets and the goals. I use this style as this helps out to frame the
effective business strategy and making the employees to grow better so that it helps me out to
make the innovation and the working ability a bit more effective. Through this style I use to

motivate the employees for there working and to achieve the targets that the company is seeming
to gain on business and business organisations showing how those styles and attributes might add
value to business. I use to make the clear aim to make the employees clear about the working and
the main aim, mission and vision of the company through which they are going to get various
promotions, and also helps the company to achieve the goals.
Entrepreneur Characteristics- As to run a smooth business an entrepreneur will have to
manage a successful business through by aiming and applying certain characteristics and I used
to make the organisation to run better by implementing some characteristics in my work they are
as follows:
Goal Mindset- Being the entrepreneur it is very important that the person who is being
handling the company should be able to frame and have a clear goal oriented
manner(Clark, and Harrison, 2019). I tend to make my mind clear and explain the
employees about the goals that are needed to be achieved.
Motivation- As the employees are the most important asset of the company by them the
work and the aim will reach to there aim so I try to motivate all the employees by guiding
them and making them clear about the targets of the company. I firmly makes the regular
appreciation session through which the employees get motivated.
Creativity- There is rapid change in the technology so I try to make the work and the
production a bit more creative so as to attract the customers and increase the revenue. So
I firmly idealise through the creativity and the innovative mindset to increase the
business.
Entrepreneur Qualities- For being the effective manager or running the smooth business
the entrepreneur tends to have certain qualities and I use to have some qualities that I believe to
be important:
Planning- In order to run the business properly I use to make a proper planning through
which the work can there by be implemented and helps in making the vision and the
approaches clear. So I tend to make proper planning and making all the employees well
aware about that so as to maintain the growth and the advancement.
Open minded- The success and the failure are the part and it is important that the person
should be ready for all the kinds of success and also the failure they can not just
demotivate themselves(Gopinath, and Mitra, 2017). so I use to believe that I am open

for all the learning about the new innovation and the work and with that is also ably open
and clear with everything.
Decisive- For being the entrepreneur of the company I believe that I carry the decision
making quality so as to make the work and the thinking ability expanded. So that I take
all the decisions more accurately and clearly as being stated and to show the strict and the
clear mindset by applying the decisions in all the areas and the nature of working.
How leadership style and entrepreneur qualities and characteristics add value to the business.
As when there has been observed by all the assessment and the functions through which
the efficient leadership styles are being made there has been analysed that ball the qualities of
the leaders and there attributes to work helps in gaining more(Kawharu, Tapsell, and Woods,
2017). The entrepreneur plays a vital role in analysing all the conditions and the working areas in
the fields.
As I have the decision making skills it there by helps the employees in the organisation to
work in the manner which I provide there has been framed that decision making helps the
organisation to run better as thereby can be framed that all the working can there by be executed.
The motivation, goal oriented,motivation all the terms are equally important as the the
employees and the company to run there business smoothly imparts certain vision and the
reasons through which they impact on maintain the business goals(Ratten and et. al., 2017). The
framework of the company can maintain the employees to be motivated and figure them out by
giving appreciation and rewards for all there works that are being important. The company can
there by seen to consider that there are consistent areas of working and it complies the nature and
the effectiveness.
The entrepreneurship leads to come up with the innovative idea and that gives out to
frame the areas and also the business through which they execute there new business(Kraus and
et. al., 2018). As the entrepreneur helps out to frame and comes up with the strategical approach
and planning, so as to maintain the certain and the specific things and clarity I imply all the
methods to make the business stronger any innovative ideas and also take a notice in how and
where the efficient working if the company being taken place and through which manner all such
things are being acquired. There has been analysed that in this circumstances the variability and
the technological advancement is important.

From, this above report it is concluded that, the entrepreneur governs to create the
effective style and managing the business through there innovative ideas. The entrepreneur
maintains and run the business through there ideas and the knowledge and in order to make the
business expanded they tends to apply various leadership styles. There are certain qualities of the
entrepreneur as in order to maintain the business they have to be goals oriented, motivated, and
open minded. Furthermore it is analysed than through all such methods the organisation can gain
the success in certain areas. Entrepreneur provides new opportunities for growth and success for
not only people by also for the economy so it is important that they posses with certain qualities
and traits in order to contribute efficiently in the development of business.
