school at the age 15 and start working as a shoe importer. His actual world experience is give
them personal experience that foster him. After his father death he realize responsibility towards
family and start earning money that help to maintain living standards. He is highly inspired by

importing jeans in which Philip Green worked with London retailers to sells their goods and

He is American entrepreneur, he is founder of Microsoft organization, born in
Washington on October 1955. His mother is board of directors of united way and his father is
prominent lawyer. After facing many of problems such as the financial and down got success in
his life (Jones And et.al., 2018). Because he suffer a lot in his life due to financial instability, he
decided to overcome with this situation, it foster Bill gates and help to become successful
businessman. He has the many of the entrepreneurial characteristic and skills which has help to
make them different from others business man and entrepreneur. He was graduated from the
national merit scholar from lake side institution. He has focusing on their career as entrepreneur
and work hard to achieve personal objectives and goals.
Neil Daly's (social entrepreneur)
He is chief executive office of skin analytics. He worked extensively in strategy
consulting and mobile innovation for number of years. He also developed attachment fit to
mobile phone in order to take photograph better with effective quality of pictures of diagnosing
skin model which is potentially malignant with caring skins. It is the powerful tool and that could
make the different between life and death helping peoples spot conditions. This is the best and
effective feature which is help to make the effective and valuable for the cancer peoples (Julien,
2018). By this, those peoples are create awareness of cancer conditions by clicking or taking
shots of cancer patients. He is well educated person or social entrepreneur, holds BSC in physics
and Executive MBA from London business school. These things foster him and helps to become
successful social entrepreneur. Thorough holding good educations and gaining knowledge he
serves its best practices to people and provide the best skin care treatments to people.

Most of the time background of the individual is the foster. In the each case like bill
gates, Neil Daly and Philip green, their background hindered form the success. But they have

success to overcome their hinder and ultimate successes in life (Marom and Lussier, 2018).
Philip Green's father was died when he was 12 year old after then he was started importing
business by working in different retails stores. His own and personal experience is helpful for
achieving goals and objectives of their life. Other hand, Bill Gates's father has not support to
them in his life goal. He always criticized them for their work but he do not give up and make
focus on their life goal. Meanwhile, Neil Daly is the social entrepreneurial in the world. They has
implement the biggest valuable option for the cancer patient. By this all the entrepreneur has
foster of their life of Bill Gates, Philip Green and Neil Daly but they successfully recover issues
and get successful in their life and career.
Creativity is one of Bill Gates characteristic which make him different from other, at
some point his father does not take any participation to motivate them, it influence on their
career to become successful entrepreneur. He work hard and achieve his goals and established a
successful company that is Virgin. This statement define that entrepreneurial traits is linked up
with personal experience and background. He experience a lot in his life, faced ups and down in
business but never give up and continuously bring new ideas and concept for business success.

Experience and background of peoples influence on their career in negative and also in
positive manner. For example, if the person is belong to criminal background, it directly affect
on their professional as well as personal career growth negatively. Positive impact- On the other
hand, if an individual belongs to educated family background and get the best job experience,
they can serve better services to customers and help through use their experience for business
growth. The background of peoples are hindered in all cases but all have effective and valuable
characteristic for facing all the problems and issues or get success (Singh and Gaur, 2018). They
achieved it success by giving hard contribution at against of ignored by their family. Their real
life experience is effective and helped to them for the success. For example; Philip Green's
family status so weak that he had take support from the others for their work and starting
business. Other hand, Bill Gates not have any place and options for learning. These all hinder
from their life of all but they have successfully face those issues.
