which has influenced them both positively and negatively on their

• Richard Branson
• Richard Branson is a successful business investor, magnate and author.
• He is a founder of Virgin Group in which they control more than 400 companies.
• He started business at early age and their first venture was a magazine that make
them popular.
• Richard has established 100 organizations, employing around
55,000 people globally.

• Passion for money cannot give entrepreneur success.
• They need to be more professional regarding to business performance which is very beneficial for
them as well as for organization.

chairman of Arcadia Group which is the retail organization that includes Topman,
Evans and Top shop.
• He belong to middle class Jewish family, there father is a
successful property retailer and developer which is one of their
first motivation point
• He focus on innovation and creation in their products and
services for making customer's happy and satisfied with their
goods.

• Every entrepreneur has professional characteristic which make them
successful.
• Creativity is one of the best traits of Philip Green that support to run business
effectively.
• Philip green is very ambitious business man that make them successful
entrepreneur.
• They need to succeed and thrive on motility small milestones that are
stepping stones to their main goal and objectives.

Motivational drivers of successful
entrepreneur
• Philip need to achieve their goals and objectives that set in business,
therefore they help other staff members that support them in entire effort
of making business successful.
• They are highly ambitious that drive them towards work hard and
committed to doing what make they want for make them successful in
industry.
• They manage or staff or team provide guidance and give them direction to
the way of success.

Background of Richard Branson
• Branson has reading disorder and had poor academic performance on his
last day at school. His headmaster told him he would either end up in
prison or become millionaire.
• In case, his parents were more supportive of his project from an early age.
Also, his mother was an entrepreneur in most successful venture that was
building and selling wooden tissues boxes and waste-paper bins.
• Therefore, she has always motivated and supported to their son to become
entrepreneur.

Experience of Richard Branson
• Richard Branson has great experience about to run business, writing and
practicing for philanthropy.
• Also, he has great skills such as learning, passion etc.
• He was founded Virgin group by his experience and ability.
• He was passionate and great experience about writing that has impacted
positively.
• Due to lack of motivation, it impacts negatively on their career.

Background of Philip Green
• Philip Green is the son of successful property developer and retailer. At
the age of 12, Greens' father died of heart attack and his son inherited the
family business.
• He worked for shoe importer after leaving boarding school at 15. He
travel to US, Europe and Far East. At the 21, on his return, he set up high
first business importing jeans from Far East to sell on the London
retailers.

Experience of Philip Green
• Philip Green is highly experienced to run retail business. By motivation and
experience, he travelled to US, Europe and Far East for increasing knowledge
about retailing, after that he worked for shoe importer at the age 15.
• He set up the importing jeans business to sell to London retailers after travelling.
• By his experience, he turned around those companies whose were relatively
cheap. After that, he is most ambitious move come to make an offer for Marks
and Spencer.
• His has experienced about retailing that positively impact on their career.

CONCLUSION
• In this presentation, it can be examined that Richard's background and
experience influence positive on their career.
• Greene's has highly experienced but their family background was not
supportive. Still, he has become successful entrepreneur in the UK.
• Therefore, background and experience is more beneficial for become
successful business man.
