the generation of profits. They are the person who keeps looking at the certain opportunities rather
than seeing only problems and hurdles and wants to grab the same in order to attain the goals. In
this, the characteristics, traits and skills of successful entrepreneurs will be explained. It will
demonstrate the factors which hinder and fosters the individuals to achieve greater success. It will
use OCEAN model in order to depict the personality of the entrepreneurs

individual will be borne by certain
characteristics, traits and skills in order to
accomplish the business goals and objectives.

two successful entrepreneurs namely, Peter
Jones and Simon Cowell.
