ventures. In addition to this, report covers impact of micro and small scale business organisations
on economy and different types of traits and characteristics of a successful entrepreneur. Lastly,
numerous aspects of entrepreneurial personality affects on their motivation and mindset in
which experience and background create both hindrances and foster entrepreneurship that is
included in this report.
