INTRODUCTION
An individual who undertakes risk of business and ownership is
called entrepreneur. An entrepreneur has the ability and willingness
to learn, courage of risk taking etc. entrepreneurship is a process of
running a business which mostly involve small businesses. Red

There are some special traits which make an entrepreneur success and make them differ from other
businessman that includes:
 Passion:
Passion is an important characteristic which every successful entrepreneurs possess. Passion
is an internal feeling of doing anything special and different from other to do something new which
is not easy for all. This feeling and trait make an individual success entrepreneur.

Work ethics refers the etiquette and manner of handling work
which involves time punctuality, manners etc. Successful
entrepreneur ensures and try to come office first and leave the office
last. They also ensure that their results are achieving and meeting to
their expectations. They always keep and have their mind in work
only even they are not in workplace because they are dedicated
towards their work

 Open minded:
For becoming a successful entrepreneur it is important to understand
each situation as opportunity. Successful entrepreneur see all things which
are around them and accept all the situations and trends.
 Goal oriented:
Every entrepreneur and business man have goal for doing something
great. Without goal and aim a person can not do anything so there is always
a reason behind doing something. Successful entrepreneur focus on their
aim and goal and achieve them by hook or by crook. After completing one
goal and aim they make another goal in order to developing their business.

man. For example Jamie Oliver who is a British restaurateur and
chef. He worked in his parents restaurant when he was child which
influence his career path. After that he worked at many reputed
restaurants in order to gain valuable experience at the age of 16.
Oliver launched his first business venture in England in June 2008.

 Openness:
Openness to experience involved emotions, adventure and
experience. Openness reflects creativity and variety which person
has. A person with openness often enjoy his works and experience
from the new and old things. On the other hand people with low
openness do not work efficiently.

It is a tendency to be cooperative rather than suspicious
towards others. It also refers helpful and trusting nature which
successful entrepreneurs posses within an organisation in order to
share their feeling and keep trust on their employees. It is also a
hinder and foster, if entrepreneur do not posses this quality of
agreeableness then they got high tempered sometimes.

after facing many hurdles. They have many abilities and traits which
make them successful. For example, Bill Gates, a successful
business man and entrepreneur who built the world's largest
software business which is known as Microsoft. Elizabeth Gooch,
Steve Jobs, Walter driver, John knific etc.

STEVE JOBS
Steve jobs was an American inventor and entrepreneur who was
chairman and founder of Apple computer. Apple products include
iPhone, iPad and iPod. He was smart, intelligent but directionless.
He was fell down many times. He dropped out from college. His
mother was traditional house wife. After dropping out from of high
school he travelled around Midwest for many years in order to look
for job.

BILL GATES
William Henry Bill Gates is an American business investor and successful
entrepreneur who is the wealthiest person and founder of Microsoft company. He
gained a reputation for being distant from others. His family background was not
good as his family was very poor and most of the time he was accused of worsening
poverty.

CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that various types of entrepreneurial
ventures and their typology impacted on economy of UK in positive manner and
in negative manner. Small and start-ups companies had major impact on social
economy. Successful entrepreneurs possess many qualities and characteristics like
passion, risk taker and determined which make them different and successful from
another business man.
