INTRODUCTIONEntrepreneurship is the important factor of every successful organisation because it is theheart of the every enterprise. It plays an important role in the small business by designing,launching and running a new business. Entrepreneurship set the business step by step to earnprofit. This report present the different type entrepreneurship ventures such as small, mediumand large and also defines the considers among them in terms of their similarities anddifferences. This study also identify the impact of small business on different level of economysuch as local, regional, national and international context. In this report we will also discuss thecharacteristics and skills of successful entrepreneur through Ocean model (Ayandibu andHoughton, 2017). This study also evaluates the different environments which affect theentrepreneurship.PART 1P1. Types of entrepreneur venturesEntrepreneur ventures includes three type of ventures such as small, medium and largebusiness. All of these ventures have different objective towards their business.Small entrepreneur ventureIt includes small business which produce products and services which are alreadyestablished in the market. The purpose of this company is to slowly grow with earning profit byproviding services to their local customers. For example general store shop which provides theday to day grocery items to their local community. Medium entrepreneur ventureMedium level business aim is to maximise production and profitability through providingthe services to their cEntrepreneurship and Small Business Managementustomer freely. It isindependent business which includes fewer number of employees in their company. For examplemarketing services which provides the services to the other firms in terms of increasing brand ofimage.Large entrepreneur ventureIt involves the large scale business, the main purpose of large business is to build a brandimage in the global market through gaining competitive advantages from marketplaces(Brustbauer, 2016).1
