characteristics traits and skills of successful entrepreneurs that differentiate them from other
business managers. It also assess various aspects of the entrepreneurial personality reflects
motivation and mindset. And the later part of the report will examine the background and
experiences which hinders or fosters the entrepreneurship (Burns and Dewhurst, 2016).

business operation or managerial function. To elaborate both terms researcher took two famous
entrepreneur i.e. Jeff Bezoz (founder of Amazon) & Sergey Brin (Google co-founder). Some of
the characteristics, skills and traits of entrepreneur are as follows:
