DIFFERENT TYPES OF ENTREPRENEURS
Dave Robert is the famous local businessman aims at the success and growth by gaining the benefits
provided by the government.
Dave Robert bring new ideas, facts and methods for the success. He is a risk taker to achieves the
profits in the sports.
Dave Robert made plans and organize them to provide local services effectively and efficiently.

SITUATIONAL FACTORS, SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES
SITUATIONAL FACTORS: Entrepreneurs are affected by situational factors due to rapid
environmental changes that have intense effect on the working of the businessman.
Every businessman have its own style of doing work and take suitable action according to the different
situations.
The risk taking ability, leadership quality, creative ideas are such examples of situational factors which
affect the entrepreneurs.

TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ENTREPRENEURS AND
HOW THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM BUSINESS MANAGERS
Traits-
Passion- One of the most important traits is that entrepreneurs are passionate about their work they seek
what they are looking for and they thrive in it.
They have a ability to work for long hours that tells their passion regarding work only passion and hard
work converts into success.
Business managers don't have passion for the company they work their as an employee they are only
concerned with completing the task given to them by entrepreneurs.

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCES OF ENTREPRENEURS
James Dyson- He was born on 2 May 1947. He is the CEO of Dyson Ltd and is known for his invention
of vacuum cleaners which is specifically made for cyclonic separation. In 2018, his net worth was
reported $13.9 billion.
He has also opened a new university on Dyson's Wiltshire Campus in September 2017. His first
invention was Ballbarrow and was a modified version of wheelbarrow and invented. truck in 1970
when he was studying at Royal College of Art.
His list of inventions also included products like trolleyball, wheelboat which could run on both land
and water.

CONCLUSION
From the above studies we have summarized that with passion, aim and abilities like taking risk and
bringing new innovation into the market he will stay and serve for a long time in the market.
They should be self motivated and keep their managers and team motivated so that they work up to
their full potential. In this project references of entrepreneurs like Neil Daly, James Dyson and Dave
Roberts are taken and their experiences of life towards entrepreneurship, motivation and how it helps in
achieving the expected goals.
