Introduction
Entrepreneur is a tool which can be used by entrepreneurs for establishing their own business
by undertaking of various risks for earning of profits. Entrepreneurs have a main aim to
maximize profits by bearing of all the risks. In every organisation there are various function
which have to be performed this includes collection of resources to produce quality goods &
services.

Entrepreneurship
This is defined as procedure to launch, design and run new or existing business at
marketplace. It is called act to create or launch business in order to earn profit by taking high
risk at market. The person who run, manage, controlled business are called entrepreneurs. In
order to entrepreneur, it is very important to have skilled capabilities and knowledge and
ability to bear risk.
