which is often small business. The people who make these businesses are known as
entrepreneurs. It has been described as capacity and willingness to evolve and manage business

entrepreneurial venture and typology of entrepreneurship. It will explore similarities and
differences in between different entrepreneurial ventures. Furthermore, report will explain the
impact of micro and small businesses on economy. It will also provide importance of small
business and business start-ups to the growth of social economy. Moreover, characteristic traits
and skills of entrepreneur will be discussed here.

to motivate to him for develop their skills to be successful entrepreneur.

If an entrepreneur is passionate and their background was good, so that it is advantageous
for becoming successful entrepreneur. If Richard Branson is self-confident and his background is
not good and supportive, so that it is difficult to solve any kind of problem which effects on
