 Entrepreneurship is basically an art which developed by the
inside the entrepreneur.
 With the support of entrepreneurship quality a person is able
to start a business or enterprise and then take specific steps
towards manage and operate that enterprise.
 The main goal of the entrepreneur is to gain high profit in the
future with the help of their entrepreneurship skills.
 In other side the enterprise is a form of business or
organization which establishes by any entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurial
Ventures There are majorly three types of the entrepreneurial
ventures are classified as High growth, Middle growth, and
Survivor growth.
 In the High growth ventures generally those businesses are
included which are run their business activities for gain high of
the high profits in the market.
 For example; British Petroleum (a Public limited company).
 In other hand Middle growth ventures included such businesses
or companies which run their business activities to gain certain
profit for fulfil their needs relating to business hobby.

Entrepreneurs v/s Intrepreneurs
 Intrapreneurs are existing inside the entrepreneurs. There are some
differences between these are mentioned below;
Entrepreneurs Intrapreneurs
Entrepreneur has authority and
ownership of any business.
Intrapreneur only focuses on manage
the business, not ownership.
Here is entrepreneur is the employer
in business.
An intrapreneur is the employee in
the business.

Entrepreneurship
 These all entrepreneurial ventures are completely
related to the different types of entrepreneurship.
 Here is entrepreneurship has mainly three typologies

 When any person highly attached with business
norms and like to do things related to the business.
 In this case as an entrepreneur that person start their
business journey.

this type of entrepreneurship in initial stage.

Scalable Entrepreneurship
 It is also known as scalable start-up, where a person innovate or
develop new range of product of service to provide customers in the
market.
 There are both ventures High growth and Middle growth are

 The main reason behind last statement is, a person which start
scalable start-up firstly analyse whole market needs and demands at
their initial stage, and try to produce such services or products which
customers are highly expecting from the market.
 In the future this type of entrepreneur will success in build high and
middle growth entrepreneurial ventures.

 Social entrepreneurship only exist in those people which want
to do something good and favourable things for the society,
culture and environment.
 The Survivor growth entrepreneurial venture is main related
to the social entrepreneurship, because this is only run business
activities for fulfil social responsibility.
 Earning profit is not major motive of this entrepreneurship.
Profit which the survivor growth venture earned fully expending
on the social activities.
 Generally Non-Profit Organizations are regulated under the
social entrepreneurship.

Different Size of Ventures
Micro
 In the UK, those businesses are comes under the micro venture which has up
to €2 million turnover and has 0 to 9 employees in their business environment.
Small
 There are those businesses are comes under the micro venture in the UK which
has up to €10 million turnover and has less than 50 employees in their business
environment.
Medium
 Those businesses are comes under the medium venture which has up to €50
million turnover and has less than 250 employees in their business
environment.

Similarities and Differences Between Private and
Public Entrepreneurial Ventures
 There are many similarities and differences between
private and public entrepreneurial ventures.
 Here is the British Petroleum considered as a public
entrepreneurial venture and the Iceland as a private
entrepreneurial venture.
Similarities
 Both (British Petroleum and Iceland) ventures have their own
rights.
 Both also have limited liability.
 Earning high profit is the main goal of both ventures.
 Both are existing in small and medium size businesses

gain large customer base in the different
