The report aims to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and its traits. An
entrepreneur is the person who comes up with innovative business idea and solution to secure a
reputed position in the market. Entrepreneurial traits and leadership is necessary to look for
attaining high profits from enterprise. Creativity and innovation is a major element for a business
to be specific and valuable in its products and services. There are various traits and quality which
makes every individual different in its function and mind. Therefore, this report is going to carry

It was founded by Mr Ioannis Iosifidis and Ms Niovi Kallergi in 2002. The organisation in
hospitality sector is growing with its high quality coffee productions through using effective
techniques and machinery. Therefore, the report will showcase various entrepreneurial qualities
and how the owners have contributed in innovation and creativity within the company. It will be
supported by various theories of entrepreneurship.
