that sense, the scope are increasing. In present era people are interested in facilitating innovation process.
Small Business Entrepreneurial:A businessperson is a single person who establishes,
control and manages business with limited resources and has high potential to take
responsibilities of all the risks and rewards related to business venture. Entrepreneur with high
entrepreneur spirit believe in facilitating innovation. Such entrepreneurial organization purpose is to
gain high returns, these entrepreneurs are always ready to deal with high level of uncertainty.
The entrepreneur has no difficulty or issue in order to place their money security and career at
high threat and they have high capacity to take unlimited risks on a motivation,

distinguishing them from business manager.
The illustration of Elizabeth and Tom is effective in order to demonstrate the skills, abilities
and traits possess by entrepreneur. The various abilities, skills, traits that are developed by
entrepreneur are :
Freedom oriented- After working with multinational companies Elizabeth has taken effective
initiative to establish her own small business.
Rare business abilities-Tom has developed effective plan that has enabled him to ensure that
product will be accepted by consumer in market. The product designing and its quality proves
that Tom Posses rare business abilities (Neubauer and Lank, 2016.)
Persuasive: During the time of recession the effective and suitable strategies has been
formulated by Tom that has assisted business in minimizing the effect of economic factors on
organizational activities. This factor demonstrates the TOM persuasive characteristics.

In the case of Elizabeth, it can easily identify that without technical knowledge, it
is very tough for her to develop effective business plan and implement the appropriate
business model in the market. The application of this fact in case 1.She has taken
initiative to seek advice from experts in order to develop understanding about the
suitable time for converting or changing service line. In additional to this
characteristics some distinct or unique quality is required to be posse by
individual that will help person in differentiating themselves with other person
and gaining competitive advantage. Elizabeth also have Instinct quality that has
allowed her to leave her job and start own business venture. The personal
experience of Elizabeth has provided her opportunity to increase risk bearing
capacity and provided her a chance to develop various skills in order to become
successful business person in life (Hayes,2014.) Job experience has enabled
Elizabeth to learn and gain knowledge about various techniques or method that has
benefited and allowed her to formulate effective plans, strategy and policies that
has assisted her in minimizing the effect of various external factors on business
operations (Chinomona and Ming‐Sung Cheng, 2013)
In case 2 Toms has done much hard work in finding suitable place for establishing
business. Tom has some specialised business abilities that has allowed him to
become successful business person ( Doppelt, 2017).
There is direct relationship between entrepreneurial abilities and background of person. There
are many cases in which the background of individual has created the barrier in future growth
of the person. The can even develop hurdles in individual success. In case of Elizabeth and top
those who are the successful entrepreneur their background has hindered the from achieving
success. But both of them due to their unique qualities they were able to explore and capture

For instance, Elizabeth belongs to very poor family. She was not able to fulfill the basic need
of her family. Beside that she was much passionate about establishing her business that she had
borrowed finance from various sources for starting up her own business. On the other hand,
Tom was facing difficulty in finding place for establishing his business, he has to struggled a
lot for identifying appropriate location for establishing organization. This factor has
encouraged him to face this challenge and allowed him to increase his risk bearing capabilities.
It has also provided him a chance to identify effective as well as suitable ways to deal with
complex problems and to prevent uncertain happening in the future (Ashley May
Organisational Change.)
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the report that there are many types of entrepreneurial
ventures and they have direct relationship with the typology. The study has successfully
demonstrated the similarities and difference between entrepreneurial ventures. The project has
identified the characteristics, attribute and ability of successful entrepreneurs, which distinguish
