INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship can be described as process of creating values that is viewed as change that
consist risk for purpose of starting a business (Anwar and Shah, 2021). Leadership can be
described as process of influencing and guiding others for purpose of attainment of goals and
objectives of company. It is important for a person to possess certain qualities that prepare them
for purpose of developing entrepreneurship and leadership capabilities. In order to analyse self-
capability, a person can conduct SWOT analysis that is important for them to identifying
opportunities. This project report self-analysis of a person along with identification of strength
and opportunity for growth. It also includes leadership style and entrepreneurship qualities and
knowledge.
TASK
About myself
I am an individual who possess entrepreneurial capabilities as there are various skills and
capabilities possess by me that is required in an entrepreneur. I also like to read and know about
different types of organisation which are operating at national as well as international
marketplace. It will improve my knowledge that is important for me for my professional
development. In order to know my entrepreneurial capabilities, I conduct a survey with which I
get to know various new things. I am a creative person who is ready to do things in unique
manner. I also accept changes and like to learn new ways of doing things. I am also eager to
collect new information related to different topic as it is important for enhancing my knowledge
and allow me to ensure professional development. I am also passionate about development of
different types of capabilities, skills as well as qualities which is important for my career
development (Arshad, Farooq and Afzal, 2018). In present time, I am focusing on learning
leadership and managerial skills that will helps me in future for purpose of running professional
organisation and also for managing employees. Different types of skills are required by a person
that allow them for managing business effective manner. Among these I possess some qualities
and capabilities including creativity, self-autonomy, control, problem solving skill,
communication, team working, decision making, motivational skill, presentation skills and
others. It is important in order to develop good career opportunity as employers are hiring
individual on basis of these skills. I am working on development of this skills and also focusing

on identifying my weakness in order to overcome of it. Weakness in future can create threat for a
person that is essential for them. In order to reduce possibility of facing these threat, a person
needs to work on weakness.
Result of Survey
Entrepreneurship and leadership are two different concepts that is important for a person. In
order to understand significance of both of these approaches, I conducted a survey that allow me
to understand process for managing of business. In this survey, I get to know about my
entrepreneurial capabilities that is important for me to conduct my self-assessment. In this survey
I get to know that I am a creative person s I have tendency of creativeness. I prefer to do things
in different manner and also ready to accept changes. In this test. I also know about that there is
high need of autonomy in me that make me independent. There are different qualities in me that
make me independent as I have strong self-expression as I prefer to work. I also has
individualism as I can love to work along instead of pressurised people and other groups. I also
have leadership qualities that allow me to take initiative of doing a work.
Leadership style
Leadership style can be defined as characteristic behaviour of leader at time when they are
directing, guiding, managing and motivating to people. An individual is considered as great
leader when they inspire political movement as well as social change (Dal Mas and Paoloni,
2019). They can also motivate others for performing, creating and innovating. It is a process that
enable leader in organisation for purpose of making strategic decisions that allow them to meet
organisational objectives. It is a style that assist leader of company through providing them
directions, initiating plans and also allow to inspire workforce of organisation. I am an
occasional entrepreneurial person who possess leadership qualities. I know how to takes
contribution of people for purpose of attainment of goals and objectives of company. It is
important for me for development of good career opportunity. Leadership style is one that is
playing significant role in playing different roles of job. It is important in order to monitor
resources of organisation that allow them to improve efficient, profitability as well as
productivity of business for purpose of attainment of objectives of organisation. With adoption of
effective leadership style, managers can provide direction to different members inspire
workforce as well as initiate plans in organisation (Elliott, Mavriplis and Anis, 2020). These
people also monitoring resources of organisation for purpose of improving efficiency,

productivity as well as profitability of business. There are different types of leadership styles
about which I have learned in class including autocratic, democratic, transaction,
transformational and others. All these types of leadership style will helps me in different
situation that is important for me to effectively guide group members for attainment of group
goals and objectives. All these leadership style has their own advantage and disadvantage. I as an
individual focusing on learning different types of leadership style. Explanation of these
leadership in context of company is mentioned below:
Authoritarian leadership: It is a leadership style in which provide clear expectation to
subordinates about what is to be done, when is to be done and different ways in which it is to be
done. It is a leadership style which is focusing on command of leader and control of followers
(Schindehutte, Morris and Kuratko, 2018).
Participative leadership: It is a leadership style in which leader provide guidance to
group members and also allow them to participate in group. It is a style in which leaders are
encouraging people to participate in decision making process. It also make group members to
engage with process and also allow them to be more creative and motivated.
Delegative leadership: It is one of leadership in which leader is focusing on providing
no guidance or little guidance to people and also allow them to leave decision making on group
members. It is useful style in situation where members are highly qualified and expert (Galvão,
Marques and Ferreira, 2020).
Transactional leadership: It is a leadership style in which a person view leader follower
relationship as transaction. In this style, members of group are agreed for purpose of obey leader.
It is a leadership style in which leader promote compliance of follower through punishments and
rewards.
Transformational Leadership: It is a leadership style in which leaders are encouraging
motivating and inspiring employees for purpose of innovation, creating change that will assist for
grow and shape success of company in future period of time.
These leadership styles are learned by me in my academic life and allow me to take action
in different situation. These leadership style provide me guidance and also assist me to be an
effective entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics
Entrepreneurship can be described as creation as well as extraction of values. It can be
considered as change that consist risk in order to start a business that create values in economic.
Entrepreneur in this is a person who is starting new business, bearing risk in business and
enjoying different rewards in business. It is a process which is considered as innovator, source of
goods, service, new ideas, business (Harper-Anderson, 2018). There are different types of
qualities and characteristics possess by an entrepreneur that make them successful in professional
field. As per my understanding these skills and qualities includes risk taking, creativity,
professionalism and others. These skills allow me to ensure my personal and professional
development and also assist me for becoming a successful entrepreneur. With conducting Get2
test, I get to know about my entrepreneurial capabilities that make me to take risk and develop
new idea in market. On basis of this test, I get to know that I am occasionally enterprising as I
get 69% sore in the test. I am a person who likes to take risk, compete a work in creative manner.
Explanation of my skills and characteristic of entrepreneur are mentioned below:
Creativity: According to Get2 Test, I am a creative person as creative tendency in me is
high. There are different qualities in me that make me more creative like I am an imaginative,
innovative as well as inventive person who focus on new ideas. I believe in intuition that make
me able to synthesise my ideas as well as knowledge that is important for a creative person.
Creativity is an essential skill for an entrepreneur as in order to get success they need to adopt
innovation that allow them to differentiate their products and service from those of others
(Neumeyer and Santos, 2018). It is required by an entrepreneur for purpose of solving problem
occur in organisation. It also provides them ability to develop new product in market that is
important for business. I am also change oriented person and likes to take challenge instead of
preferring to do routine work. I also prefer to take interest in new ideas as I believe in innovation.
I have creativity skills that make me develop solution for solving problem occur in my life
effectively. It is important skills that provide me various opportunity and provide unique ways of
doing a work.
Self-autonomy: It is another quality possess by me that makes me different in compare to
another person. Self-autonomy person is independent and after conducting get2 test, I get to
know that I am highly autonomy person as I am independent person who prefer to work among
instead to doing with someone who does not like to work. I also have strong expression as I have

feeling to do work by myself in compare to work with others. I believe in individualism and also
possess strong leadership qualities. In have determination of doing work and also unconventional
as I like to stand out among other people.
Professionalism: It is another skill that is possess by an entrepreneur. According to me, it
is a part of mannerism as well behaviour of entrepreneur with employees. It comes with
reliability as well as discipline and enable entrepreneur to attain their targets, organised and also
set an examples for different person (Haldar, 2019). It is important in order to keep trust of
people over entrepreneur and also for motivating others and allow them to willingly contribute
for best result.
Risk taking: According to Get2 test, I get to know that I am a moderate risk taker as I get
medium score for risk taking abilities. I am decisive person who take risk on basis of calculation.
According to me, it is an important quality of an entrepreneur to take risk in business. Risk is
essential in order to carry out operation in market that is required by a person. It allows a person
to explore unknown thins and also allow them to create something unique. It is important in
business to maintain uniqueness as it allow them for purpose of identifying uniqueness that is
important in order to differentiate their products and service from others.
Planning: I like to do things in planner manner as I have a set mind-set. I am also a
medium risk taker who does not prefer to risk instead want stability in life. According to me,
planning is an important quality which is adopted by a person. It allows a person for purpose of
deciding everything in advance that does not create problems, confusion and pressure of work
over a person (Kwon, Ryu and Park, 2018). I also like of plan things as it allows me to prepare
for future and also for avoiding confusion. Entrepreneur believe in planning as it provides them
guidance about what is to be done, how it is to be done, what is required to do and for other
things.
CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship is an important
process that allow a person to take risk in business and create values. Leadership is also
important process that allow them to guide action and behaviour of others. In order to analyse
self-capability, a person can conduct SWOT analysis that allow them for purpose of
identification of strength, weakness, opportunities and threat. It is important for a person to work
