• Entrepreneurship is the main characteristics that attracts people by introducing new
ides and implement them in effective manner. There are different skills and traits
having in entrepreneurs which helps to perform a business effectively by using new
ideas and get profits by influencing people. This presentation discusses about
different characteristics and traits of person as well as background and experience
that can foster or hinder the entrepreneurship.

• It has been explored that entrepreneurs are innovating new ideas and implementing
them which helps to run a business continuously. Characteristics are important that
are used to face the challenges by taking risk and bring innovation in their business.
Moreover, it helps to achieve business objectives by having entrepreneurial traits.
For instance, Larry Page and Peter Jones have passionate, delegation, innovative etc.
traits that helped to deal with difficulties and support to become successful
entrepreneurs.

Michigan which is situated in US.
• Experience: In childhood, Larry Page was interested in computer, technology as
well as science that helps him to become a successful entrepreneur

• The characteristics traits are directly related with experience and background of
entrepreneurs that helps to evaluate future activities and goal of a person. Good
experience and background helps to face all problems easily and make his own luck.
Such as Larry Page was belonged to rich family that helped to establish own business.
Moreover, by having innovative and persistent characteristics he changes the world. In
contrary, Peter Jones was not from a rich family due to which they faced many
problems but launch their new business idea successfully. The characteristics
passionate and delegation of work support him to compete the target and reach their
success.

• Positive impact: As having different personality and characteristics various hurdles and
struggle can be faced by entrepreneurs that helps to develop new ideas and innovation to

• Negative impact: Lack of personality traits and characteristics restricts to become
successful entrepreneur. Such person cannot manage their business and no innovations
can be implemented by business concern.

Conclusion
• From the above mentioned PPT is has been concluded thatentrepreneurship is
important for running a successful business that innovates new ides and implement
them in effective manner in order to achieve goals. If a person have ability to accept
climate change and management skills then they can work properly and accomplish
business goals. The good and supportive family background and experience foster
the entrepreneurship by innovating new ides and implement them efficaciously .
