Introduction
• The act of becoming an entrepreneurial, or one who
pursue expansionary, money, and business skills in an
attempt to translate inventions into commodities, is
defined as one who pursue expansionary, financial
services, and industry knowledge in an attempt to
modernize innovative ideas into production factors.

Characteristic traits and skills of successful entrepreneurs
• Entrepreneurs must possess a variety of
attributes and talents in order to establish a
successful firm and expand it. Alternative
methods must be addressed by an
entrepreneurial in order to start a firm, and
those processes must be done alone owing to a
lack of funds at first.

Features of the business personality
• A participant's entrepreneur is necessary for opening
a company and being driven to cope with the issues
and dangers that come with it. Qualities of the
entrepreneurial orientation include the ability to
conceive original thoughts and put them into action
in order to make income. Those concepts must fit a
specific need of the market, and a businessman must
continually improve those thoughts in order to
ensure their long-term viability

Background and experience of Peter Jones
• Peter Jones was born in Berkshire, England, on March 18, 1966. He
earned profits as a youngster by combining his two desires: tennis and
business. He taught tennis lessons since he was an amazing player. Peter
was wedded and had their own home at the age of 21. Their family
wanted better for them, so they sent them to a boarding college for a few
semesters.

Background and experience of J.K. Rowling
• Joanne Rowling was born at Yate General
Hospital near Bristol on July 31, 1965, and
brought up in Gloucestershire, England, and
Chepstow, Gwent, in south-east Wales.
• Her parents, Peter, worked as an aviation
designer at the Rolls-Royce plant in Bristol,
while her mom, Anne, worked as a scientific
assistant in the Wyedean Comprehensive
Research laboratory, which Jo also attended.

CONCLUSION
• It is concluded from the above report is that
small, micro, medium, and big firms are all
examples of starting a company. Small
enterprises make up a big component of any
industry and contribute significantly to a
country's economy. To start up and maintain a
firm while taking into account the following
risks, businessmen must possess particular skills
and mindsets.
