Part A - Can you make omelets without breaking eggs?
This is a very old saying that nothing can be gained without pain. In an organization behavior of
an employee plays a very vital role. It is not mandatory that his or her behavior liked by
everyone in an organization or outside the organization. But every change and behavior that
brings good for the company considered fruitful (Kuratko, 2016). A right leadership approach
enables the company to achi8eve its peak. There is no business growth without change, so
different leadership style and behavior adapted for the sake of the company brings a good result.
It can be easily seen in this report. It does not mean breaking old laws and regulations; it means
modifying the long existi8ng methods running since long. A desire of an entrepreneur in
achieving something may lead to havoc in an organization but it generates shine results than one
can never expect(Kertai-Kiss, 2014).The concept of ideal entrepreneurship is that the company
earns profit more and more than the previous year. The main aim of an entrepreneur is to earn a
profit. Every entrepreneur has some strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths of an entrepreneur
o Business-oriented
They only focus on their business; rest is secondary for them
o Remain confident
In any circumstances, they remain self-awarded and confident (El Ebrashi, 2013).
o Out of box thinker
Being an entrepreneur it is highly necessary that he must contain an entirely different idea, which
highlights him in the crowd. Innovation and creativity are the key factors of success in the
business world. For example – when Mark Zuckerberg came to an idea of introducing a site
where people can connect from all over the world. Then came Face book and now it becomes the
largest source of social media. Hence creativity always shines.
o Determined
Never let down them in any critical situation. Confront obstacles as an opportunity (Vesperi, et
al., 2015).
