environment. This waste can be used in the garden as compost manure since they
easily decompose.
Water-saving. Water conservation assists in the reduction of cost used in the
hospitality and tourism industries. Water from the kitchen can be used in the farm
or in flower garden.
Biodegradable and non-Toxic supplies. Biodegradable supplies help in the
reduction of piled wastes which always pollute the environment around these
industries (Giovanni Sartor, 2011). Biodegradable supplies are employed instead of
non-biodegradable supplies which highly pollutes the environment.
