 Internal and external factors pays an important role in the organisation as it affect the
organisation in various ways.
 The role of international factor is to determine current position of the organisation.
 Analysis of the external factors helps the organisational to determine opportunity and
threats.
 This presentation will discuss about the analysis of internal and external factors of the
organisation. It will also shed light on interrelation between pestle and swot analysis.

 Pestle analysis refers to the identification of the external factors that affect the
organizational process or activities. The pestle analysis include various factors such as

the expansion of business. However, the high cost of
the product may affect the business in negative
ways.

 From the critical analysis of Vaara with the help of internal and external identification.
 It can be recommended to the organisation that the company must explore in the
developing area as it will help the organisation to create then loyal customer base and
lead to the effective increase in the sale.
 The opportunity of the online sale of the product can also be taken by the organisation
in order to improve the growth in the sports sector.
