INTRODUCTIONTheEnvironmental criminology is defined asthestudy of crime, victimizationcriminality as they all are concerned with particular places andtheway by which an individual orbusiness organization forms their all activities spacial. This project is conducted onthepresenttopic weather environmental harms is been caused by industrial or owners as well asthegovernment agencies as they are not supposed to co-operate due to they have denied as they arenot responsible to environmental harms. This report includestheconcept of environmentalcriminology andtheproposal which explains how project issues and problems are related andcontext to social, political and economic. Along with this, report describes different variousenvironmental harms as well asthecrime which are made by an individual or industries. Inaddition to this, some measures are also listed to overcome and solve as well as reducestheissues and crime related to environment in effective and efficient manner(Bruinsma,Bruinsmaand Johnson, 2018).Environmental harms have been caused by an industrial facility and their owners withgovernment agencies are unlikely to co-operate with the project denying any responsibilityfor these harms.TheEnvironmental criminology is an term which focuses on criminal patterns or crime thatoccur within particular environments. Along with this, it analyses various impacts of theseexternal variables onthebehaviour and attitude of individual people's. Although,theharm toenvironmental is described as an biggest crime, which is been cause by industries, humanresources, owners as well asthegovernment agencies. Weather to co-operate withthe thecurrentproject they are backing or denied as this is not responsible fortheenvironmental harms. Now adays,theenvironmental criminology is a rapidly increasing or growing field with inthesector ofcriminology as well as criminal justice. This istheone which focuses on exploringthehowactual criminal events are involved in interactions with between motivated individuals as well astheeconomic, social, physical surroundings and legal factor. In context to political factor,thegovernment should focuses on developing an effective laws and legalisation, to reduce thiscrime. Thus, some oftheindustry does not focuses on savingtheenvironment, as they arecontinuously harmingtheenvironment by some harmful gases, water pollution, noise pollution,deforestation, Land Management & Urban Sprawl, Loss of Biodiversity and man y other1
