INTRODUCTIONEnvironmental organisations protect, analyse and monitor the environment against themishaps. There are various roles and responsibilities of these entities towards the globalecosystem (Jellena, 2017). This learning will help in knowing the relationship between poverty,education, health and environmental sustainability. The organisation which is selected tounderstand these segments is CARE.TASK1 Brief introduction of selected organisationsTo research and report on an environmental organisation, the establishment selected isCARE. CARE is a non-profit establishment that depends on public charity for finance. Thisentity works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice. Presently,this organisation is serving 94 countries of the world to assist more than 1000 poverty-fightingdevelopment and humanitarian aid projects. There is a list of social issues on which steps aretaken by the firm and major among them are Women's empowerment, world hunger, girl'seducation, HIV & AIDS, poverty and social justice (Mosbech and et al., 2017). Further detailsabout the entity can be extracted by the official website, given below:http://www.care.org/about (Care, 2016)2 Summary of the environmental values, ethics, code of conduct, etc.Like other organisation CARE too have some principles and they are as follows: Environmental values- These values of CARE revolve around five major factors namely,transformation, integrity, diversity, excellence and equality. CARE believe in takingimmediate actions and innovations by integrating all the partners and the people theyserve (Tung and Baird, 2017). They try to achieve excellence in their services that arebeing offered in diversified places. Further, they value every human being equally. Ethics- The ethics of care involves some principles and they are: be international, self-reliant, diversified and non-political organisation. Code of conduct- Care has some policies for all the employees, volunteers and internssuch as having democratic working system, following code of ethics, loyalty with people,base all their work on the available resources to the people. 1
