necessary in order to maintain a fair practice within the organization. In addition, CSR initiative
of the company helps the firm in building a positive brand image among the local community.
This report will be developed by the counsellor of Greenleaf Consultancy for their client
Persimmon Plc in order to evaluate their ethical and CSR practices for environmental
sustainability. Persimmon Plc is a popular British house building company that has it’s
headquarter located in York, England. This organization has been publicly quoted since the year
1985 and today it is considered as a FTSE 100 company with a capitalisation of around £7bn
