1. Purpose
The purpose is to combine sustainable development of the environmental sustainability policy is
to promote and develop environmental sound practises into the organisations operations
activities.
2. Strategies for minimising resource use
 Sustainable marketing strategies –
Earth friendly products are main path of development of sustainability.
Sustainable alternative are provided by developing services and products that
construct paradigms. Earth friendly products stakeholders that operates facilities
which include its customers, members, suppliers, dealers, media, trading
association, certified organisations and Earth friendly communities. the business
of the products should increase day by day and the practise of using these product
reduce environmental harm .
Encouraging customers, suppliers, dealers and stakeholders to consume
sustainability opportunities and concern about the products.
 Pollution prevention strategies –
Reduce, reuse, and recycle. Earth friendly products conserve natural resources
which are pollution prevention policies which reduces carbon footprints and air
pollution. it reduces direct and indirect emissions .
There are two types of Air pollution strategies –
1. Indoor air pollution strategies
Working environment should be well ventilated and chemical free spacious. And
reduce the emission and toxins impacts from the equipments uses in office.

2. Outdoor air pollution strategies
Raw materials which are used by manufacturing products and transportation for
delivery of raw material.
It is harmful for services and staff of the travelling business which distribute
products.
Avoid business travel impacts, and to minimize the use maximize walking,
cycling and public transport.
 Energy consumption in production and offices –
Utilizing of 100% renewable energy to increase energy and climate neutral.
Installing of solar panels is way to utilize renewable energy sources. Products
maximizing energy efficiency in heating, cooling, lightening, information
technology, mechanical and water system. The goal of maximum energy use is to
reduce GHG emission.
Use low energy lights and office equipments. (Telesford & Strachan,2017)
 Water use –
Minimize use of water in production, re- use water and rain water should be used.
Use of efficient water equipments should be purchased with similar cost and
performances.
Provide training to employees to use less water and measure the reduce use of
water.
Establish the policy to aggressive water reduction measures.
 Waste Generation –

Reduce the consumption of and re use of materials and products. When re use and
reduction both are not effective to commitments use of transformation resource of
waste.
Papers used in offices, glass, cans, bottles, toner cartridges, office equipments will
be recycled.
Expand recycle programmes, increase outside recycling by collecting recycle
materials (papers, cardboards, plastics, aluminium, etc.)
Recycling policy should be implemented and weight the trash generated.
Solid waste should be composing to bio degradable and food waste material. And
implement proper procedures.
3. Strategies to reduce toxic material and hazardous chemical use
 Chemical substitution – To find less toxic water or to disinfect effluent of waste
water develop protocol of treatment of waste water plant. Sodium hypochlorite
12%-15%. is used for liquid chlorine to eliminate human hazardous
environmental plan for safety and requirements .
 Chemical reductions – reduce exposure of hazardous products by employees and
establish new chemicals and products for health and safety purchase on
procurement process. Material sheet data should be developed on online for health
safety by maintenance department.
 Chemical safety reviews – chemical product potential impact and handling
techniques with safety specify and evaluate for new products. for employee safety
administrative procedure should be adopted to develop chemical products while
using on workplaces .

 Green cleaners – green cleaning policies adopted for the procurement of green seal
products in sustainable cleaning. It is used for human health and impacts on environment.

 Pollution prevention in fleet –pollution prevention team maintaining significant work to
daily operations of incorporate prevention from pollution .
