This report provides an analysis of available stakeholder management software and offers recommendations for improving communication and database management. The software options discussed include Darzin, Stake Tracker, and Stakeholder Tracking System (STS).

Executive Summary
In the project management domain, there are large number of domains like Information
Technology (IT), Business administration and many other. Each of the sub-domain
comes up with unique property of Information System which is made available in the
market industry in the given years. Stakeholders can be stated as an individual who can
get impact by the project. In a project, Stakeholders are mainly of two types that is
supporter and resistor. Project Stakeholders management requires identification of
stakeholders, analysis and overall expectation. It is all about development of strategies
by which individual can work with both stakeholders and execution of process.

Aim of the Investigation
In the coming pages of the report, an investigation has been done with respect to
Project Process which specifies Stakeholder management in the Industry. An analysis
has been done with respect to capabilities of software of Stakeholder Management
(Shnayder, Van Rijnsoever and Hekkert 2016). Three stakeholder software used in
Stakeholder management are Darzin, Stakeholder Tracking System (STS) and
StakeTracker.
Introduction
Stakeholder Management Software aims to meet the need of present
stakeholder engagement and consulting professional. It is all about proper management
of interaction and communication with stakeholder and associated communities.
StakeTraker is known to be a powerful web depended SaaS application which help the
organization to easily stay on the top of projects (Cantrell, Kyriazis, and Noble 2015). It
can be achieved by proper management of all communication along with their initiatives
on the communities on which they tend to operate. It is mainly used by organisation for
planning, recording and evaluation report for communication. Darzin is known to be a
stakeholder management which helps the user to view and keep a track of engagement
in organization and individual level. Darzin is known to be secure and scalable that
comes up with user ranging from single to 1000 users (Jarrett 2017). Darzin comprises
of list of parameters like mapping of stakeholder, communication through multi-channel,
CRM and lastly event management.
Significance of the Investigation
The significance of this investigation is to investigate about the project
management software available for providing support to project processes. One field
chosen in this domain in project processes is stakeholder management (Nauman and
Piracha 2016). An investigation has been done with respect to software and its abilities
to integrate other software also has been discussed in details.

integrated in qualitative and quantities way (Mok, Shen and Yang 2015). The software

there can be tracking of some of the additional information like status of their
relationship and demographic.

designed in such a way that business analysts can easily collaborate on creating proper
business architecture.
Results
Darzin is the only stakeholder management software which helps the users in
viewing and keeping a track of engagement at both the level that is organization and
individual. The software has been designed in such a way that it can provide complete
engagement platform for its world-wide users (Shnayder, Van Rijnsoever and Hekkert
2016). The software is considered to be very much secure and scalable for its user. The
software provides a list of benefits like

Problem and Pitfalls
Stakeholder Management software is needed to be designed in such a way that
it can gain an easy access, report along with sharing of the information. It is all about
updating information on day to day basis as per the need of the stakeholders (Cantrell,
Kyriazis, and Noble 2015). Stack Tracker helps in project management team members
in co-ordinating the given consultation and sharing of information (Jarrett 2017). It aims
in assign of the task along with follow ups by team members.
Conclusion
From the above pages of the report, the point can be concluded that this report is
all about analysis of available software which in used in Stakeholder Management. An
analysis has been done with respect to capabilities of the software specifically its ability
to integrate other software. Three software which is needed in Stakeholder
Management are Darzin, Stake Tracker and Stakeholder Tracking System (STS). The
point needs to be taken into account that the management of the IT project can be
considered to be very difficult. Information system needs to support the given process in
seamless way. It is mainly done so that it can be integrated for gaining maximum
benefits and overall efficiency. The method of looking for individuals are the people who
are impacted by the given project can be defined as identifying the process of
stakeholders. It is the duty of project manager to emphasize on the overall outcome of
each stakeholder in identification method.
Recommendation
Stakeholders Management Software needs to improve following of points like
 Proper Management of communication with the stakeholders of the project.
 It is all about recording their interest, concern and other kind of issues.
