In the project management domain, there are large number of domains like Information
Technology (IT), Business administration and many other. Each of the sub-domain
comes up with unique property of Information System which is made available in the
market industry in the given years. Stakeholders can be stated as an individual who can
get impact by the project. In a project, Stakeholders are mainly of two types that is
supporter and resistor. Project Stakeholders management requires identification of
stakeholders, analysis and overall expectation. It is all about development of strategies
by which individual can work with both stakeholders and execution of process.

Aim of the Investigation
In the coming pages of the report, an investigation has been done with respect to
Project Process which specifies Stakeholder management in the Industry. An analysis
has been done with respect to capabilities of software of Stakeholder Management
(Shnayder, Van Rijnsoever and Hekkert 2016). Three stakeholder software used in
Stakeholder management are Darzin, Stakeholder Tracking System (STS) and
StakeTracker.

stakeholder engagement and consulting professional. It is all about proper management
of interaction and communication with stakeholder and associated communities.
StakeTraker is known to be a powerful web depended SaaS application which help the

can be achieved by proper management of all communication along with their initiatives
on the communities on which they tend to operate. It is mainly used by organisation for
planning, recording and evaluation report for communication. Darzin is known to be a
stakeholder management which helps the user to view and keep a track of engagement
in organization and individual level. Darzin is known to be secure and scalable that
comes up with user ranging from single to 1000 users (Jarrett 2017). Darzin comprises
of list of parameters like mapping of stakeholder, communication through multi-channel,
CRM and lastly event management.

The significance of this investigation is to investigate about the project
management software available for providing support to project processes. One field
