INTRODUCTION E-portfolio defined as collection of work in electronic format that defines learning over time (Tyler and Dibble, 2019). Additionally, portfolio can relate with specific academic field and learning journey over the time. Henceforth, create, select and reflect the process and products of learning. Lastly, action plan will be framed to develop and improve skills. MAIN BODY Reflection on challenges. Apprentice challenge-: The present report reflection is based on to invent a new product to blow the competition away. In addition to this, I have divided my whole time effectively so that goals can be accomplished. Team needs to have creative, understanding the needs of customer, staying with budget etc. each In this, I have joined apprentice programme to teach trainee to enhance their communicative skill and to inspire teams to come with the creative ideas. Therefore, Being the trainer, I have seen number of the challenges while I was providing training to trainers about the employability skill. Thus, one of the major challenge I have encountered with was cultural issue. I have found that there were lot of people who comes from different background. Sometimes, it becomes difficult to make the things understandable for them. In this, training I have find out that interaction is crucial to learn and enhance skills of individuals. I have trained individuals to enhance employability skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork etc. On of the major challenges, I have encountered is that there were people who have different language and cultural issues. Hence, this impacts the all over scenario. Due to this, I have started to make interaction with each trainee personally so I could identify their issues. After analysing their issues,I came to know that I needs to improve my communication and interaction skill. So, I can able to communicate and interact with each individual properly. Presentation challenges-: For the past 5 years, I have been running a business that creates highly engaging and memorable presentationand also runningpresentation skills programs. Therefore, once I was
hired to prepare presentation on forxyz cosmetic firm that was new and I have present their product through presentation. This presentation was to enhance the branding of firm so that profitability and productivity can be generated. (Powell, Freeman and Kahn, 2019) I have never ever done this kind of task before that what this one was challenging for me. As presentation is an art that needs preparation and practice. Thus, major challenge while making presentation was to choose the content that will go with the slides. Therefore, the second challenges I have faced is to search for the making interesting data so that presentation can be more effective and efficient. Hence, third challenges I have faced was to make segmentation of the information in digestible ways. Hence, in that presentation I have also added the survey report on the products. To collect survey, I have lot of issues in selecting people and gather their valuable feedback. This steps was crucial as this helps to enhance the trust of audience. For undertaking survey, I have divided my team members so that survey can be collected with large number of audience. This was also time consuming process but also has helped us to make the whole process attractive. With help of this, I have made presentation that can be supportive to enhance the cosmetic brand and to attract the customers. I have used photos e, pictures and statistic view of the product so that huge volume of the customer can get attracted. T-shirt challenge-: During my internship at textile industry, we all were given task to print 100 T-shirt in 15 days.In this task, I have faced a lot of challenges and the major challenge was finance. In this present era, the like and dislike of the people keep changes. We have complete with help of the latest trendso that this can attract people. Out of all this, one of the major issues I have faced was to deal with finance. To collect the funds, I have made a team of people and we all distribute sum amount of money so that task can be accomplished.In the collected funds, we bough plan white T-shirtsfrom a wholesale shop and all money has spent. To collect the funds, we have started to use our savings. In this, we have bought all other accessories that can aid me to draw design on T-shirt. In this challenge, we have focussedtowards quality results. Thus, quality is one of the crucial parameter in T-shirt challenges. Afterwards, we have undertaken the market analysis to know that what type of trend people prefer the most so that we can get idea to add tag lines and prints on T-shirts. To get ready the T-shit in just short span of time we have divided the whole task within out team. We were 20 people in team so have made 4 teams and each team was having 5 members. Each time has given 20 T-shirts to prepare. Hence, we have selected our

Hotel challenge-: I am John and have completed my Post graduation in hotel management.During my internship at ABC hotel, I have faced number of challenges that face by hotel staff to manage the hotel operations effectively. In hotel number of operational process needs to be carried out to manage the day to day operations. Henceforth, operation function will cover things suchas human resource, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service and sales and finance. I have analysed that these all functions were interrelated to each other. Thus, hotel operation manager oversee the entire operation of lodging establishment. To manage all this function together was one of the big task. After my internship I have been working here from 5 years. Herein, I have faced a lot of issues in operational working of the team. Being assistant manager of the team I have found out the issues to deal with the job effectively with customers. As customer have lot of demand about their services and this has become so tough to cope up with their demands effectively. To running out hotel smoothly, this is crucial to offer the bet customer service to people so that productivity and profitability of entity do not get affected. Thus, one of the challenges I faced at the time of peak season as as number of customer arrives with their different demands. Being the assistant manager, I need to look over the all department of hotel so that all working can be undertaken effectively. To cope up with this issue at that time, I hired supervisor to each department so that I can direct the guidelines to them and they help me to get desired result. In hotel management operational function must be streamlined so that effective customer service can be delivered. By taking this decision, I managed to cope up the issues in effective way and this also aids me to streamline working of business activities. Reflection on skills. Communication skill- This is one of the crucial skill as this allows to manage the all working proficiently (.Fidalgo and Thormann, 2019). These bother skill aid me to undertake the things in effective manner. As much I Know, I have good communication skill but that needs to be improved more to handled the working in more appropriate way. This skill has helped me to do the things in appropriate and coordinated manner. To work with other effectively, this is crucial to have the ability to recognize the emotions and to understand the feelings and label them
appropriately. To manage emotional one must have effective control on think and behaviour. I have analysed that I am good in emotional intelligence but sometimes in high work pressure I made devastated result as I use to get negative. So, I must say that I need to work on it so that I can have better communication and emotional intelligence skill to support my future course of action appropriately. Teamwork- Team-working is one of effective way to get the desired result on time (Rahim and Ali, 2019). I have analysed that I am able to leading a team properly but I also need to focus on my lacking area so that I could get this improve. I have analysed that I faced major issues at time to deal with the task so that I can able to manage them properly. During multiple task I used to get irritated so fast and this affect the overall productivity of my team. So, I got to know that I need to improve my team working skill so that my entire can perform effectively. Time management and meeting skill- This is one of the crucial skill to manage the working operations in streamlined manner (Powell, Freeman and Kahn, 2019.). In the entity, where there is lot of department under one roof have to manage their operations timely to get productive result. With the use of it, I have analysed that one of my major career drawback is not managing the work on time. This is one of barricade that has affected my whole career badly. I have analysedthat I have still have issue to procrastinate the assigned task till final deadline of the work get arrived. Due to this, productivity and quality of the task both get affected. This issues needs to resolved so that task can be accomplished by me effectively and efficiently. Business skill including presentation skill- To be the better business this is crucial to have business skill to carry over entire task. With help of adopting better technical skill the things can be carried out in the more proficient aspect (Heeneman, Driessen and Torre, 2019). Henceforth, I need to develop my presentation skill by showing up my skill in more creative manner. To make the attractive presentation, I need to use some innovative approach that can aid me to prepare attractive presentation. By building up presentation and technical skill the entire things can be undertaken in more proper and appropriate mode. Action plan. This is framework that can be helpful to prepare to improve skills of an individual (Sutarno, Putro and Piantari, 2019).
