INTRODUCTIONEquality and diversity safeguards the human rights of all members that are working in theorganisation. This report includes meaning of equality and diversity. Benefits of promoting theseboth will be analysed. Legislations, employment regulations and codes of practice relevant to thepromotion of equality and diversity are defined (Thompson, 2015). These promotions help toprotect from harm. There are many communication strategies which are used to promote equalityand diversity. Many agencies also promotes them. I found that itincreased my knowledge and skill. I interacted with many persons and understood that there aremany ways by which learners can be protected from any type of harm. I also learned that it isnecessary to make positive environment at the school to keep the learners safe.Methods for protecting learners from any type of risk and valuing them.There are various steps which can be taken for giving importance to learners. Those stepsare as follows:Enhancing the information among the learners of the school about their safety from anyharm.Making that environment which will increase the equality between the learners. This canbe monitored by seeing the behaviour of individuals with others.
